Constructed in 1932, this vintage barn oversees 12+ acres of native grasslands – a rich habitat for wildflowers, birds and butterflies – and a historic farmhouse built in the 1750s by a second-generation Quaker farmer. The property is also home to Pinelands Preservation Alliance, whose mission is to protect the natural resources, history and culture of this unique region. In 2017, the Alliance transformed the barn into a great gathering place. The recently completed renovation brings contemporary comfort and energy efficiency to a setting that still retains its authentic character. Our barn is nestled on a ridge in Southern York County Pa just 10 miles North of the MD line. If you are looking for a quiet country setting for your special event this could be the place. Honeysuckle Ridge LLC is a full-service venue, meaning we offer everything you need to host a beautiful and unforgettable wedding or special event. We operate from mid April through mid November. This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.
