Where do I begin! I don't think I could write down everything amazing that Oasis did for me in one review. I was personally going through so many life changes and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. The team was extremely prepared for every step of the process and handled the hurdles with grace. The way they dotted their "I" and crossed their "t" with everything on my laundry list of needs was astounding. I had lots of unique visions I wanted for my wedding that Oasis had never worked with before and they handled every new encounter seamlessly. For instance, we had Spanish translation for our guest and their was absolutely no issues. We also got several vendor discounts through Oasis. My main planner was Jewell and her communication was excellent. On the wedding day she brought the whole Oasis team and I didn't have to deal with any planning issues on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were well taken care of. Jewell sacrificed so much for us. She did all the flower arranging (except the bouquets) and her taste in design is impressive and it was such a life saver. I am very happy with everything Oasis offered me. My husband and I both agree that their was no need unmet by Oasis. Thank you SOSOSOSO much Jewell. If there's anything you do in wedding planning - it's hiring Hannah Elizabeth Events!!!!!! Hannah and her team were nothing but amazing on our wedding day. We had Hannah be our wedding coordinator as I was able to do most of the planning but still wanted a professional's opinion and help on the day itself. They were nothing but incredible and made the months leading up to the wedding less stressful and the wedding day go on without any major hiccups. Even though Hannah was just the wedding coordinator for the day, she had been immensely helpful in answering questions about vendors in the area and her opinion on certain parts of the wedding day. Even with a few delays in our timeline in the beginning part of the day prior to the ceremony, she and her team were able to still help make the day flow smoothly and without a hitch! She often came up to me during the wedding day for updates and checking in on both my husband and I. She was able to hand out the rest of the payments to our vendors at the end of the night so we didn't have to and were fully able to enjoy our wedding ceremony. I was truly in awe of how my event turned out. Donna of DBC Eventz INC. did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. Donna went above and beyond finding intricate items that went with the theme and thought outside the box with the decorations. The entire space was decorated beautifully from top to bottom. Donna understood the assignment and took it to the next level. Donna included me and kept me up to date on where she was with the status of my party. Donna even assisted me with finding the right person to make a cake, DJ the event and take pictures and videos at the event. I was able to have an entrance area, seat all my guest comfortably, have a dance floor, a bar and a separate food area. I will definitely be using DBC Eventz Inc. for my future events.

I cannot say enough great things about Allie! My husband and I booked her for our wedding after we decided we did not want any family or friends to have to set up or tear down. Originally we were looking for someone to do just that: set up our decor, then tear it down at the end of the night, so we booked OMGee's Day Of Coordination package. Well, we got so much more than that! Allie made the entire day run so smoothly, which allowed my husband and I to be completely in the moment all day. We literally did not have to worry about a single thing. She contacted all of our vendors the week of to make sure they knew she was the point of contact the day of the wedding. Throughout the day and night, she checked in see if we needed anything. She also made sure everything stayed on schedule. I did not realize how much we needed a Day of Coordinator until that day. She also advocated for us to make sure things aligned with our vision of the day. Also, she brought a day of emergency kit, which came very much in handy! We booked Erin and her team with the Just the Deets package. This is her "lowest" level of service despite the thorough and consistent support she provided throughout the entire planning process. Erin is organized, readily available, and is a constant bright spot in wedding planning! She was a fantastic resource to bounce ideas off, ask questions, and make sure we were on track throughout our planning. She is a wealth of knowledge- especially if you are getting married at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion, a venue she is at frequently and knows like the back of her hand! Erin will tell you her opinion when asked, but is always ready to jump in 110% no matter what you choose and make it happen (Sorry for making you nervous when we gave our crazy pup our actual rings!!!). She is ready to play the "bad guy" when you need a small army, and can fluently switch to whatever language groomsmen speak to wrangle them quickly for rehearsal. Knowing Erin and her team had the day HANDLED, I walked into my wedding day stress-free knowing that there was nothing I needed to do or worry about. I never would have guessed that I would have described myself as a calm bride the day of my wedding, but Erin made it easy. I was able to truly enjoy the day because of Erin, and I wouldn't trade that confidence or peace of mind for anything! I got engaged on January 30th, 2024, and was married just a few short months later on May 18th, 2024. As a first-time bride trying to plan a wedding in such a condensed time frame, I was incredibly nervous, especially since I was trying to keep costs down. After securing my vendors and working on my timeline, it quickly became clear that there was no way I could enjoy my wedding day while worrying about coordinating every little detail myself. The sheer number of moving parts and tiny details was overwhelming. Enter Lauren and Kelsey. I had seen their work before as they were the coordinators for a friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid, and they did such an amazing job that I knew they were the perfect choice for my own wedding. Even though my venue provided a day-of coordinator, I realized that she (also so amazing at what she does) would be too focused on venue-specific duties like managing food and the bar to handle the full execution of my timeline, coordinate with outside vendors, or deal with the unexpected hiccups that inevitably arise. And those hiccups did arise. My bustle ripped, and Lauren literally crawled under my dress to fix it. We forgot to pick up the wedding cake, but they had it sorted. It even rained, and they navigated the situation flawlessly, all while managing family dynamics and calming me during moments when I felt completely overwhelmed. Your wedding day flies by, and before you know it, it's over. I am so thankful that I got to be present, enjoy every moment, and soak in the day without a single worry—thanks to Lauren and Kelsey. In just one month, they picked up every little piece of my 1,000-piece wedding puzzle and put it together seamlessly. Everything we envisioned, they made it a reality. Words really can’t describe how much value they provided. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day, hire Lauren and Kelsey. They are simply the best. P.S. They even went the extra mile by bringing all the decorations, leftover food, gifts, and more back to our house, allowing us to head straight to our after-party without a worry. My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!

When I think back on my wedding day, there is not one thing I can think of that did not work out seamlessly. I owe much of this to Victoria. Starting a few days before my wedding, she was in contact with me about details that I did not even think of. She helped me organize decorations and did a mock staging with me to ensure I was satisfied with the design. On the day of my wedding, she ensured everything was placed as we discussed and even made sure that empty spaces were filled with greenery. She worked closely with all of my vendors to ensure that things ran smoothly and stayed on time. When things did not go as planned, she sorted things out so quickly that I didn’t even know about them until after the fact. For example, my sister-in-law had been losing pregnancy weight and hadn’t tried on her dress in some time since they traveled from out of state. When she put on her dress at my wedding, it was noticeably loose fitting. Victoria immediately took action. When she was done working her magic, my sister in laws dress looked perfect! I wasn’t even aware of the issue until after the fact and wouldn’t have even know if it wasn’t mentioned. Victoria was never more than an arm’s length away on my wedding day. She was always there to help, frequently asked if I needed anything, and handled almost everything without me even knowing. If there was something I did not know how to respond to, or if a difficult situation arose, she navigated it effortlessly and professionally. I highly recommend her to all brides. She takes pride in her work and treats your wedding day like it’s her own. I truly believe having her there allowed me to fully be present on my wedding day and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy every second of it without having to worry! She really is the best there is!
