Arlington Acres is a historic bank barn built in the 1860's with native Ohio timber. Located on a modern functioning farm we host weddings of all shapes and sizes and have the flexibility to adjust our spaces to fit groups up to 250! In addition to hosting weddings we offer sunflowers and pumpkins to our couples to use for decor and photos. We're excited for the opportunity to be a party of your special day!

We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. The barn was beautifully decorated (not to mention the amount of other decorations they already had on-site was a great way to save money), and the rolling hills made a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and pictures (especially the photo-bombing alpacas). They were so incredibly kind and wonderful to work with throughout the process. They made time to answer all of our questions and were incredibly accommodating by allowing us to take tours and re-visit as we started planning for our wedding. One of the biggest perks was having the venue for the entire weekend, which made setting up and enjoying our day that much easier. Everyone we've spoken to after the wedding have continued to say how beautiful the venue was and how it made for the absolute perfect wedding. I highly recommend Heartland to any bride looking for a beautiful wedding that's truly one-of-a-kind!

We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Welcome. Hidden Valley was originally a tree farm that we purchased in 2017. When many older couples choose this time in life to size down, we chose to size up this beautiful 38-acre property. We have been very busy ever since making improvements. The 8000 sq foot house was way too expansive for our needs so we almost immediately converted two gorgeous mother-in-law suites into Airbnb units. They were immediately very busy. The Barn of Hidden Valley was born over time as we watched our family, our Airbnb guests, and our church family enjoys the property. We have always loved inviting others to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us every day.

The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. Walt's Hitching Post is a popular restaurant and private venue space in Ft. Wright, KY, minutes from downtown Cincinnati and CVG Airport. Walt’s sets the stage for couples to host an unforgettable celebration. The building, was used as a hunting lodge for Western & Southern executives in the early 1900s before being restored in 1942 by Walt Ballanger, who made his mark in the community by serving delicious smokehouse ribs. In 1958, Bill Melton purchased and successfully ran the business for 50 years. Today, Walt’s, under new ownership since 2012, continues to welcome people with a unique equestrian theme by preserving Walt's rich history and traditions. There are many photos of the late Melton's prized thoroughbreds. Walt's also showcases original exposed log walls and a cozy stone fireplace in the main dining room. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.
