We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. The Magnolia Estate first started as an idea that we planned out on a napkin, and since has flourished into a beautiful and intimate space. With private dressing rooms for the bridal party, charming gazebos, and heated and air-conditioned reception pavilions, we’ve designed The Magnolia Barn and Rosewood Manor to accommodate all of your needs.

Tucked just beyond a private meandering lane, one will be taken back in time to our Old-World Tuscan, open-air Pavilion. Thoughtfully positioned on a 17-acre Nature Preserve, Cedar Springs Pavilion offers a panoramic view of Ohio’s nature. The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the perfect rural setting for a wedding, special event or weekend get-a-way to enjoy the country. It is is a wonderful location for people to celebrate, learn, and explore.

The Warren County Fairgrounds has a rich history of agricultural exhibitions and community events over 160 years. As we move forward with the redevelopment of the Grounds, we hope to preserve this heritage while building a dynamic future that will allow future generations to create and enjoy memories not only of the County Fair but of numerous special events and celebrations year-round. Together we will create the wedding you always dreamed of.

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

At Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum we are ready to take your day from special to unforgettable. Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park Museum is a 300+ acre outdoor sculpture park and indoor museum founded by Harry T. Wilks in 1997. Pyramid Hill is a 501(c)3 not for profit museum whose mission is to “Bring People to Art in Nature.” The vision is to inspire and educate our diverse visitors in a world renowned setting of art and nature and to be a catalyst for dialog, collaboration and contemplation. The event space must be reserved in advance and is booked on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations can be made by contacting the Event Sales Manager to hear more about the three venues, and ample outdoor ceremony options.

The Oscar Event Center and The Oscar Station both offer a one of a kind experience. The Oscar Event Center's Spacious ballroom and lounge areas offer rustic and elegant decor. With wood, brick walls, exposed beams, and high ceilings. The Oscar Station offers a more industrial look showcasing a stunning hand crafted bar, open air patio and a beautifully landscaped lawn area. We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

This English Manor Country Home, built in 1920, features outstanding indoor and outdoor areas including an elaborate back terrace and custom deck overlooking a wooded ravine. Say “I do” in the native plant-inspired Haile Pillar Garden, then move to the Tritsch Terrace for a memorable reception surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.
