JayLynn was amazing to have during the wedding process. She would always answer any questions I had, she always offered to help with anything I needed done. The checklist she gave me helped so much during planning, especially the closer we got. The day of the wedding everything went so smoothly and if anything did go wrong my husband and I didn’t even know about it. Our venue didn’t allow us to start decorating until 1pm and our first look was at 1pm. I can’t imagine the stress I would have had if we didn’t have JayLynn and her team to decorate. JayLynn and her team also cleaned up on wedding day which allowed my husband and I to go straight to our after party. She is also very positive and puts your mind at ease! I cannot say how grateful I am for having JayLynn for our wedding!

Ashley was great! We had most our big vendors picked whenever we hired Ashley. She helped us pick all the smaller, detailed vendors like renting furniture, linens, brass band, hair & makeup artist, etc. Every vendor we hired was excellent! I spoke with Ashley frequently about how we want the wedding weekend to be in New Orleans. She was very professional and accommodating with changes made to the plan. I planned a New Orleans wedding while I lived in Nashville. Ashley was always happy to call, text, email, FaceTime Anytime! When I flew to New Orleans, she was always able to meet and help with any details and walk through. The weeks up to the wedding, Ashley was a game changer!!!! She had a detailed itinerary of the whole day and contacted all the vendors! I never spoke to the vendors about timing or logistical stuff. Ashely handled everything and it worked beautifully. Our whole day was perfect because of Ashley. To my knowledge, not a single thing went wrong. She had great advice when it came to choosing vendors, and she was so organized for all the logistical parts of the day. Brides have enough to worry about, and Ashley really lightened our load!!

If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator - LOOK NO FURTHER! Jade is truly phenomenal. I was a very type A bride, that consistently sent Jade thousands of questions; she always answered extremely promptly, professionally, and answered every single question I had! Jade is amazing for more relaxed brides too - she organizes and asks you all the questions needed to make sure your big day is perfect. There wasn’t anything I could think of she hadn’t already thought of! The day of the event, Jade was truly amazing. She constantly checked in on us, my bridal party, my parents. She didn’t need instructions, she knew exactly what to do. She constantly showed up with drinks for the bride and the groom during our pictures, after entrances, etc. A ton of my guests and parents came up to me raving about how great she was and how she handled so many things with such grace. Literally any issues that came up on the day, she made sure were taken care of before I was even aware there was a problem!! On our rehearsal day she told all of our wedding party they weren’t allowed to come to the bride and groom with any questions - only her. She set everything up PERFECTLY - it was better than I could’ve imagined it. Jade is just the sweetest, most professional coordinator, you will not be disappointed!!! I was that person that did not think I needed a wedding planner! I decided last minute I needed one and I had interviewed 4 people and Christena was the only one that made me feel comfortable! Christena helped keep me organized, in control, and confident that I would be able to get through this! She brought things to my attention that I had no clue I needed to do. During the rehearsal dinner she got everyone in line and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. The day of the wedding Christena and her assistant Jill knew literally handled everything from making sure my vision was brought to life, to making sure everything ran accordingly to plan, and making sure all items that were mine were organized and set aside for my family to gather at the end of the night. Hiring Ohana and working with Sonya was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I was hesitant to hire an outside coordinator because we had a venue coordinator, but the venue coordinator does not do nearly the amount that Ohana does. Hiring Ohana is a NEED. I was first introduced to Danielle and we instantly connected. I felt she understood my vision and wanted to help create our dream wedding. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Sonya for the 90-day coordination package and she was the kindest, most patient, and organized planner. She responded quickly to emails and answered all of my questions, she took over communication with vendors and relieved much of the planning stress, she provided detailed checklists and kept me on track. She also created a detailed by the minute itinerary for the entire weekend for us, our vendors, and a shorthand version for our bridal party which was extremely helpful. Our wedding day was seamless with no hiccups and I can honestly thank Sonya for that. She made sure to keep the day moving on schedule, communicated with all of the vendors, and made sure to check in with me often. Even wedding guests and our parents gave raving reviews for Sonya. My husband and I agree that hiring Ohana and being able to work with Sonya was the best investment we would do all over again, and we recommend them to everyone. I wish I had hired Sonya sooner! Best wedding coordinator of all time. It is true, Ohana means family, and that is exactly how the team treats you.

We hired CM Event Design for our May 2023 Wedding in Walt Disney World. We hired Christine a little over a year before our wedding date. Everyone has that "fairy tale" dream of a wedding but CM Design brought our vision to life and then some! We were worried about working with the many vendors at WDW but Christine made everything so incredibly smooth for us as the Bride and Groom. Our wedding was an absolute dream and went off without a hitch. Her team is not only very professional but also some of the nicest people to work with! We felt very taken cared of throughout the year of planning as well as the day of. Typically the week of the wedding the Bride receives a lot of texts, calls, and emails however our 165 guests all went straight to our wedding planner! Christine and her team were able to handle every guest request without any issue.  Christine was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to do, from when to mail out save the dates, how to word our invitations for a destination wedding, and how to manage multiple events over a 4 day wedding weekend. Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization.
