Natalie and Hector were truly a dream come true! Natalie helped the day run so smoothly and everything was so perfect and well organized. She was very communicative and on point leading up to the day. She set up and organized everything exactly as I requested. Natalie and Hector were so sweet and accommodating. The content creation package was great and exactly what my husband and I wanted. Since we didn't want a videographer, the content creation was perfect for us- To capture the day and have small clips for memories without the expensive cost. The photo booth was so cute and our guests loved it. Very nice camera with video, boomerang, and photo options for the guests to select with a nice backdrop setup. Hiring Allie as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. From start to finish, she made sure we felt supported, seen, and, most importantly, stress-free. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names, stayed calm and chill no matter what, and listened to us when we were stressed, always reminding us to focus on each other. Allie kept the day running at our pace, gave us time to be together, and even made sure we looked great in all our photos. She coordinated everything down to the details we cared about most, like our private last dance and getting all the shots we wanted. She was laid-back yet professional, blending in perfectly with the vibe of our wedding while carrying out our vision flawlessly. Despite the hurricane and a 2-hour drive to get to us, Allie didn’t skip a beat, reworking things as needed and keeping everything on track. We genuinely had the most amazing day, and that was thanks to her. We couldn’t be more grateful to Angie and Corin from Eleventh Hour Co for bringing our dream Miami wedding at Villa Woodbine to life. We hired them as day-of coordinators, but they quickly became so much more than that. They were our voices of reason, our biggest supporters, and even our therapists throughout the entire process. Their professionalism was clear from the start, and they navigated every detail with such skill and empathy. Scott and I lived out of state and had never visited our venue in person before our tasting, so since this was a 'destination' wedding for us, details needed to be confirmed plenty of time in advance for us to feel at ease. They did just that. Angie and Corin came in fully prepared and acutely aware of every aspect of the space, from layout to logistics. And in the final weeks, anytime there was a bump in the road, they were right there, responding quickly over email, text, and calls, always ready with suggestions and solutions. Their day-of timeline was very impressive, and they included so many customizations that made it true to what we wanted the flow of our day to feel like -- something that we can't imagine being possible to replicate by an online timeline generator. On our big day they delivered a FLAWLESS event, which let us relax and truly soak in every moment. Corin studied the video I took while I was at my last dress fitting and bustled my dress in record timing. I included a picture of her working her magic, taken by the extremely talented Pure Zeal Photography @purezealphotography. With her years of experience as a wedding coordinator she is the perfect person to have in your corner both leading up to and at your wedding. She is there to help prevent and in some cases put out any “fires” that may arise on your special day before you even know about them. Lets face it, sometimes things don't go as planned but Lori does everything in her power to make sure they do and has a backup plan for when they don't. I don't think I had to lift a single finger day of, all I had to do was show up, enjoy the day and let her take care of the rest. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. This being my first wedding, and having no experience with the process, I cannot fathom having done it without Rylee and her Team. While I only used their month of services, without missing a beat, 30 days out Rylee and her Team came in quickly, professionally, and orchestrated every detail with brilliance and finesse. Their attention to detail was unparalleled. Rylee really understood our vision and our day beautifully reflected our personalities and desires. We were blown away at how smoothly everything went on our wedding day. Their calm demeanor and reassuring presence make it such a comfortable peaceful experience and we were able to feel like we were present for our wedding. We didn't have to worry about a thing. My only suggestion would be to hire Rylee and her Team farther out to avoid the headache and stress leading up to the wedding. While having them a month out was a life saver, I wish I would have saved my self the 11 months of stress and hired them sooner.

I went back and forth between deciding if I needed a DOC because I am a rather type A person and we were having a small wedding. I am SO GLAD I hired Mariella!! We had the pleasure of coming across Jessica & Jackie though an online platform and man are we happy we did. Not only did they assist in planning our wedding but we also used them for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner, which was so great! They call themselves “on demand divas” which is so accurate with there attention to detail but always flexible when it comes to it. Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Within two days, she had secured all our vendors and stayed in constant communication to keep things running smoothly.
