We hired Johnnie based on the recommendation of my sister, who had used Johnnies services for her own wedding a few months prior. We initially thought we wouldn’t need a coordinator, as we were keeping the wedding relatively simple (limited vendors, limited decorations, limited headcount [100]). We decided to err on the side of caution and book Johnnies services as a “Day of” coordinator. All I can really say is I can’t believe how naive we were. Even with our “limited” needs, it would have quickly overwhelmed us and become a full-time job, which we already had. Johnnie took control of coordinating with the vendors we booked, helping us put together the final timeline for the day-of, made sure the venue looked amazing, made sure we were taken care of throughout the whole day, and then worked with the vendors to ensure the venue was clean and that anything of ours was returned to us later. She is the bulldog you want in your corner should anything even slightly go amiss, because she won’t back down. She is also just a generally wonderful and kind person who puts you and your vision at the forefront of everything she does for you. If you are looking for a kind, competent, and creative coordinator, Johnnie is your girl. 5 out of 5 stars.

Marta was phenomenal to work with. Hiring All in the Details was one of the best choices I made for our wedding—hands down. Marta is so on top of things but has a very calming presence that was so great in the midst of planning anxiety. She put the decor together perfectly and made our vision come to life better than we imagined. Our wedding was at a family home and Marta was invaluable helping us figure out how to make it work for a wedding. Our families were blown away by how wonderful she was. Megan was simply amazing and this is coming from the husband. I was reluctant to hire a wedding planner just to save the cost, but I have to say Megan was so worth the extra money, not just to give my wife peace of mind the event would run smoothly and on time, she was punctual when needed. On wedding day she was running around everywhere making sure that the venue was kept in order and the things. She gave a timeline down to every five minutes and pretty much kept to it, but was extremely flexible to change. As the groom, I had little to worry about to begin with haha, but I definitely saw the work that Megan put in. Of course it had to rain on the wedding day, but she had a full Contingency plan in place weeks before making it only a mild inconvenience. Her communication skills were immaculate. We video chatted with her several times, leading up to the event, making sure everything was in order. This included a final walk-through a few weeks prior to wedding day meeting at the venue to make sure that we had planned would work. As they say, happy wife, happy life. Turns out to be a true statement.

I cannot recommend Maddy and Cass enough for someone who needs help on their big day! I was pretty set on planning when it came to vendors, however I was completely lost on the logistical aspect of the wedding day itself. Maddy and Cass were lifesavers in creating the perfect timeline with plenty of Plan B options (which we utilized for weather!). They were so thorough, responding with the most thoughtful emails to some of my silly questions. We hired them for "wedding management", but they did so much more than that. They had an intro call with us, came to my house & met my parents, went to our walk through, had another final call, and were with us from the morning of the wedding day until midnight. They thought of creative solutions for me to address vendors when things got a little hairy, and even offered to reach out to my vendor for me. The day of packet they created was unbelievable. They were everything I needed to keep my day stress free.
