Located in the beautiful Georgia Piedmont, this lovely c1820 property is on the National Historic Registry and has a Georgia Historical Marker as well. Legend has it that Dr. Reese purchased the home in Savannah and had it moved board by board in 1820 to its present location. It now sits on just under 2 acres and has frontage on three streets. It is two blocks from the Monticello Town Square that the house predates.

The Horse Park was built for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Equestrian events and first ever mountain biking course in an Olympics. It is one of very few venues built for an Olympics that still operates in its original intent.

The Factory at Walton Mill is an all inclusive charming industrial-chic venue, located in historic cotton warehouses. Guests enter the Willow Room which is perfect for cocktail hours, small events or just as a welcoming lobby for the main event. The main event room, the Hawthorn Room, features warm wood walls and massive beams next to exposed brick with wonderful wood floors. The Warehouse is perfect for the couple that wants rustic charm, and industrial romance. 2425 Warehouse offers a variety of unique ceremony locations. Get married under the spreading limbs of our tall Oak Tree. Customize the backdrop with sheer dapping, lanterns, or antique windows. Say your vows in front of our White Arbor with intricate black gates surround by a white picket fence. Inside the warehouse, enjoy a climate controlled wedding in front of the statement Tin Wall with cafe lights twinkling overhead.

9 Oaks Farm is located in rural Monroe, Georgia. The sprawling landscape sets the scene for an intimate wedding surrounded by cultivated gardens, towering trees, and pastoral fields. The Farm is only 25 minutes from downtown Athens and a short drive from Atlanta, making it the perfect spot for your destination wedding. We have onsite housing for guest, making it a fun filled weekend for all. We do own two other venues: 2425 Warehouse and The Thompson House and Gardens

The Carmichael House, a wedding venue situated in Jackson, Georgia, carries within its walls a rich and full history. This historic mansion dates back to the year 1898. Today, this venue, which is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been renovated and restored to provide couples with a vintage and elegant site for their bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. On your wedding day, The Carmichael House provides you with both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to choose from. The interior, though it has been renovated, still reflects the original Queen Anne Victorian style. The main home is quite spacious and the perfect setting to get ready for your wedding day. The indoor dining and the reception area contains floor to ceiling stone fireplaces and our outdoor, covered reception space is equipped with a firestove and heater for those colder nights. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area. Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. Prior to opening in 2008, we renovated, restored, and designed the venue to be a space where people can gather, connect, celebrate, and create memories. The high ceilings of 100-year-old rough-hewn wood, archways, chandeliers, furnishings, and attention to detail, captures and maintains its turn of the century authenticity and charm.

Home of the Athens YMCA from 1889 until 1919, the original building on this site became a music store, movie house, hotel, Masonic Temple, furniture company and Sears Roebuck store before being replaced by the Elite Theatre in 1935. Except for a brief period as a Methodist church, this theatre – later renamed the Georgia Theatre – has served as a significant performance venue for emerging and established musicians from Athens and beyond. Devastated by a fire on June 19th, 2009, this historic concert hall has been rebuilt as a labor of love with reverence for the creative spirit that Athens has long embraced. With special thanks to the people of Athens and all who worked so diligently to restore her and make her better, the Georgia Theatre stands proudly reborn.
