About this venue

Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is still structured with the original pine walls and flooring and is filled with eclectic and gold, ornate vintage decor and furniture. The indoor dining and the reception area contains floor to ceiling stone fireplaces and our outdoor, covered reception space is equipped with a firestove and heater for those colder nights. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area. We offer options for covered ceremonies and indoor and outdoor reception space. The photo opportunity on our property is endless.

The most beautiful patio space in Grayson.

This space features 500 sq ft of outdoor, covered patio space that is perfect for a cocktail hour or small reception. There is room for a DJ and dance floor with a 30 guest seated max. The back of the patio is lined with beautiful drapery and the lush greenery along the side is lit with romantic lighting and let's not forget our draped cafe lighting along the ceiling. Our guest adore this beautiful patio space.

This space is magical.

Follow our custom built boardwalk out to our fenced in private, back lawn area which is beautifully landscaped and ready for your outdoor ceremony. Our 100 year old pecan tree with lush, green hanging vines makes a perfect photo backdrop.
