Groom
Pristine Chapel Lakeside was the perfect venue for our wedding. The communication from the team was excellent - they were responsive, informative, and made sure all of our questions were answered throughout the planning process. The space itself was amazing, with beautiful lakefront views and a warm, intimate atmosphere that was perfect for our ceremony and reception. Simone, the on-site coordinator, was an expert host who went above and beyond to make our day better than we could have ever expected. We are so grateful to the entire Pristine Chapel Lakeside team for helping to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.
Family and Friends Loved Our Wedding
This is truly a one stop shop. Great wedding venue; I will never forget my special day. I am not a huge fam of them posting wedding dates on IG but ours ended up changing anyway. You have a lot of meetings and communications building up to the event but there were definitely a few areas in which they provided incorrect info as well as it seems like notes from our 3 hour meeting were not even read by the day of coordinator(s) - they seemed to be doing their own thing not the schedules/instructions we were settled on. Day of coordinator also called and followed up with my husband and not me or my planner - a little strange. They are very helpful and caring though. Definitely a beautiful space; our family and friends have not stopped talking about it.
ALL INCLUSIVE MASTERS
Pristine Chapel Lakeside was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. Their communication was unmatched - they kept us updated every step of the way and gave us ample time to make decisions, payments, and other purchases. The space itself was top-tier, with a spacious and beautifully decorated interior, and the staff was kind and efficient. As an all-inclusive venue, Pristine was completely stress-free and properly valued. They even provided a day-of coordinator who kept everything moving smoothly and ensured my husband and I didn't see each other before walking down the aisle. I was initially skeptical about them also cooking the food and baking our wedding cake, but after attending the tasting, I was sold and my guests RAVED about both. They even have an Airbnb on the property that was perfect for wedding prep, an after-party, and our intimate rehearsal dinner with the wedding party. There was enough space for me and the bridesmaids to stay for the entire weekend. Pristine Chapel Lakeside truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend scheduling a tour to secure your date!

We spent well over 20k with this venue and it was the worst possible decision I could’ve made. FUTURE BRIDES: RUN!!! They were extremely impersonal, could not execute simple requests and were very unorganized. It was made clear to me so many times that my wedding meant nothing to them. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my designated time and I called my so called “coordinators” at least 5 times with no answer. So I was left ON MY WEDDING DAY confused with no direction of where to go. The bathroom in my bridal suite was filthy with pee all over the seat. We had a 2 hour meeting detailing my entrance into the ceremony and they still were able to mess that up. The coordinator was even asking me (THE BRIDE) when to open up the doors like are you kidding me??? My husband and I spent months curating a reception playlist that was very special to us and we left instructions that only that playlist should be used. Like everything else, they ignored my request and kept playing nonsense all night. He played maybe 5-6 of the songs on the playlist. The “dj” did not smile once all night and it was more than clear that he couldn’t care less about my wedding. I could go on for hours about how terrible this venue is, please don’t waste your time or money.
