The Inn at Leola Village is a beautiful place to have a rehearsal dinner or a wedding. The event space was decorated beautifully and the staff was friendly and helpful. The open bar package was great and the bar tenders were awesome. The food was so good and a lot of people complimented on how great everything was. I don't have one bad thing to say about this venue. It was awesome.

We loved having our wedding ceremony at Historic Acres of Hershey. The venue offers quick responses to questions, which made planning easy. The coop provided a beautiful, intimate setting for our small ceremony. The venue was great and set up perfectly for our special day - we didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall, Historic Acres offers great value with its gorgeous grounds that are perfect for wedding photos. We were a little late in finding a venue for our wedding but so happy we found a late fall opening with Strock Enterprises on their beautiful farm in Mechanicsburg. Kurt Strock and his team made the process super easy and walked us through all of our questions. Their option for having us provide some of our table top decorations while using some of their decorations helped the budget along. The food was amazing and Kurt's Dad (original Farm owner/operator) is superb at his barbeques - we had a full pig roast and barbeque steak). Would highly recommend.

My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of 2021, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special. Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful. As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks. Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!

We chose this wedding venue for two main reasons, 1. Having everything in one location which made the day and planning 10x easier! 2. The Terrace. Our wedding day weather could not have been more perfect and guests were able to enjoy the terrace the entire evening. Monica was amazing to work with as was the rest of the staff. Food was delicious, we saw many clean plates while making our rounds. I loved that the spaces themselves were beautiful, so we really didn't need much decor and they had a lot we could borrow (e.g. arch, centerpieces, table numbers). Highly recommend!

Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is just 10 minutes from the city of Lancaster in a private rural setting with an elegant flare.

As a professional, full time Disc Jockey, I have been to hundreds of venues over my 18 year career. When I got engaged, I mentioned to my fiancé that there were only a handful of venues that I would really consider for my wedding. Luckily, she trusted my judgement and after looking at a few venues, Stokesay castle was the wedding venue we chose. We could not be happier. Our team did an amazing job along with our banquet captain. Everyone was friendly and fun throughout the planning process and listened to some our unique yet workable ideas such as a late night boneless buffalo wing bar which I personally wanted yet never experienced at a wedding. Another point worth mentioning is that small details are not overlooked at this venue. My one concern was that my pasta bar may take extra time and drag dinner out and that I may be waiting in line a long time for food. As soon as the toasts and blessing were finished, my wife and I were immediately asked what we wanted on our pasta and the order was put in for us so we could enjoy time together without standing in line. I thought this was a great touch that I didn't even think of. I also enjoyed the flexibility as our DJs had the party rocking and we needed more time. The staff gave me plenty of options for the bar to go overtime and ways to fit my budget. This allowed us to enjoy the party for another hour. Post wedding, our guests would not stop complimenting the dinner service; especially the pasta station and wing bar. While I did not have my ceremony here, there is a beautiful area for that too. In closing, I would not have changed a thing and even requested the names of the entire staff who worked my wedding to thank them. Big shout out to Terri, Kurt, Amy, Joy, Jay, Jillian and Ian. Thanks for making our day a day we will always remember!

First and foremost I have to recognize the staff who worked the event at the hotel. Katrina, who is the event coordinator, was wonderfully communicative and detail oriented. We wanted to keep things relatively simple for our wedding but she had some great ideas to spruce things up a bit and helped to keep us on track leading up to the day of. The evening prior and on the day she was helping us set things up and made sure to keep our chaotic group on schedule. Not only that she was extremely helpful in managing the group, helping to cue and time our processions and intros into the dining room after the ceremony. She also added a personal touch to the centerpieces by arranging some fresh flowers we'd brought in and I thought the result was lovely. As important as Katrina were all of the wait staff and bartenders for our wedding. Jordan, Dawn and Dinnea took care of dinner service and Doug and Debbie tended the bar. We interacted with Jordan, Doug and Debbie the most but we've spoken to friends and family who agreed that the service was excellent. I want to call out Jordan specifically because that dude was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from drinks to food. On top of all of that he was just one of the most pleasant and kind humans we could have asked for to take care of us that day. We'd also like to extend a big thank you to the whole group as we had some late arrivals who came in during dinner time. The staff immediately noticed and without any fuss went over to get their order and get them served. We had opted for a Delmonico steak and salmon as our primary entrees. Note that because of the volume of guests the Delmonicos were all cooked to somewhere around medium. I can't vouch for everyone's steak but mine came out perfectly medium. As far as I can tell from catching up with friends and family during and after the wedding everyone was pleased and really enjoyed their meals. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere that was created. We ended up choosing the Orchid(?) package, if I recall the name correctly, which is their all inclusive package and I think it was worth every penny. I really enjoyed the up lighting and hotel provided centerpieces but I can see how if you have a different vision in mind then you may want to opt for a different offering. On top of the work they did in the space the hotel has a couple of outdoor seating areas, one of which has a fire pit, that were favorites of the group to take breaks from the party rocking inside. Ultimately the most important part of our wedding day was to unite our friends and family in one place where we could party and then not have to worry about transferring from the reception venue back to the hotel. As far as we're concerned Katrina and her staff delivered on this want magnificently. From the maintenance of the hotel and event space, to the friendly and thoughtful staff, to the convenient location for our friends and family; we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.

I could not have asked for a better wedding day thanks to Downingtown Country Club! Terri and her staff are phenomenal and pay so much attention to detail and ensure that your special day goes according to plan! Terri held our hand the entire planning process, leading up to the day, as well as the day of. Ensuring things were set up properly and checking in on us while getting ready. Brooke the wedding concierge was absolutely amazing as well. She was so supportive and helpful I’m so thankful she was with us the entire evening! She helped us with our couples portraits, grabbed us drink refills, and made sure we were having a good time! I also must say ALL the food we had was absolutely phenomenal. Every one of my guests that I spoke to were raving about the food! From the cocktail hour, to dinner, to dessert everyone was taken away by how good everything was. We held my daughter's wedding at Whitford Country Club 10/14/23 and could not have been happier with the event. Our wedding coordinator Dawn was amazing. Throughout the planning process she was accommodating and flexible with meetings and tastings, working around our schedule as my daughter was living out of town. Her attention to detail was meticulous, incorporating our input at every step along the way. We received many compliments from our guests about the food, which was plentiful and delicious. In addition, we had to switch from the planned outdoor ceremony to indoors on 2 days notice based on a rainy forecast, and the transition was seamless with a beautiful set up for the ceremony, thanks to Dawn and her staff's very hard work being the scenes. The evening was everything we all had hoped for and I would highly recommend this venue.

Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. The combination of rustic setting, natural beauties, and historical features makes Drumore Mill amazingly beautiful. One has to see it to believe it.

Drumore Mill was an absolutely stunning venue to use for our special day (really weekend). We loved the ease of booking the venue, touring with Thuy, and the promptness and flexibility they offer. An added bonus is the available on site lodging for rental, which we made great use of for our close friends, family, and wedding party to stay in the night before and night of the wedding. We enjoyed the Great Room in the Grist Mill for our rehearsal dinner. Our guests loved how spacious Drumore Mill was, and we appreciated all the attention to detail such as included (but still optional) decor and greenery, and the setup of chairs and other items for the ceremony space. Being able to bring in all of our own vendors at no additional cost was fantastic. The value for renting the property from Thursday to Saturday morning was unmatched and completely worth it. We would recommend Drumore Mill to anyone, and we look forward to booking the property in the future for non-wedding related stays with friends and family.

They sold it to Alex and Amy Kauffman who sold it to the Lancaster Conservancy who subdivided it, took the woodland and preserved it for future generations to enjoy and sold off 32 acres and the Campground to Ronnie & Kelly Miller who own it today. Ronnie & Kelly are local people who live and work in the Airville area and hope to keep the camp going for all to enjoy; be it celebrating your wedding here or just staying the night as you pass through our beautiful piece of Pennsylvania paradise.

I love The Barn at Blackstone National! Their outdoor pavillion is a gorgeous setting for wedding ceremonies & cocktail hours, rain or shine! This pavillion overlooks beautiful greenery, and in the autumn months the foliage creates a gorgeous backdrop. The outdoor fire pits make it even cozier at night time. Their indoor reception area is a beautifully built barn with delicious food & a spacious dance floor. Their event coordinator & wait staff are always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I got married at Cameron Estate Inn on 11/2/24, and we had the most magical day. The grounds and venue are beautiful. We were having a relatively large wedding and loved the idea of our family getting to stay at the Inn. We rented the entire Inn and had the whole place to ourselves for the day. Every staff member we encountered throughout the day of went above and beyond. Multiple guests have told me how nice all the staff were and that they had a wonderful time. Cathi was great to work with throughout wedding planning and even did some last minute magic to make sure it was the most beautiful space I could have ever imagined. Wish the sound system could be a little louder as we had a loud bunch for our guests, but that's a neighbor issue, not a Cameron Estate issue. We had such a blast and can't believe it's over!

My husband and I were so pleased with our reception at CCHC. Working with Cyndi Meadows, we were able to put on a fun, personalized reception for which we received rave reviews from family and friends. Cyndi answered our many questions and was responsive to our needs. Our guests loved the venue, with cocktails outside on the terrace along with the option to browse the museum collections. The auditorium space accommodated about 100 guests for a buffet dinner and dancing very well. With our DJ's lights, floral arrangements, and some additional decor, we turned the basic, blank slate of the auditorium into a vibrant, colorful space. Proximity to the Chestnut Street parking garage and the Hotel Warner are huge bonuses for this a unique venue in the borough of West Chester. The venue costs are very reasonable when looking at other local venues, plus you provide your own alcohol here which provides further savings. We happily partnered with one of their preferred caterers, Limoncello, who provided abundant, delicious food and excellent service. Their preferred vendor list is perfect - does a lot of the upfront work for you. All of my vendors knocked it out of the park. Not to mention, how GORGEOUS is Rosewood? Beautiful and HUGE suite to get ready in with all of my girls. The guys had a blast playing pool and video games while getting ready. We had so much gush over the cocktail hour space from our guests - which is conveniently both indoor and outdoor friendly. We danced the night away during the reception. So much room for everyone to mingle. The space is a blank slate that gives you so much room to make the décor your own. The photo booth was one of the highlights for us, we loved getting all of the photos after the fact. Have your wedding at Rosewood, it's the best and easiest decision you'll make!

Camp Hidden Valley was the perfect venue for our wedding weekend! We were able to snag a June weekend for our wedding and it provided an incredible experience for us and our guests. The venue isn't too hard to find and as long as you communicate well with your guests the check in and check out our easy. There are multiple ceremony locations which is great since you never know what the weather in Maryland will do on a given weekend. The venue crew is easy to work with and were able to accommodate multiple pre-wedding day visits so we could get all of our ducks in a row. Extra shout out to Lindsay for being super on top of communications and overall a huge help!

Getting married at the Christiana Hilton was a great decision. We loved the smaller ballroom so we could have an intimate wedding. The ceremony space, ballroom and hotel in general was beautiful. The food was delicious and we keep getting compliments from our guests. We had our rehearsal dinner there as well and that food was awesome as well. It was so convenient to arrive Friday afternoon and not have to leave until Sunday. And Katie made it so much easier than I expected. I did not want a venue where I had to do all the work and Katie made it so I did the bare minimum a bride can do and still got a beautiful and personalized wedding. It was a perfect day and weekend!

Cindy and Brittany truly made our wedding more than we ever dreamed it could be. The venue space had an old-world charm that made us feel like royalty. Our guests were incredibly impressed with the gorgeous ballroom. We had a fantastic experience working with the team at Harry's Savoy Ballroom and would enthusiastically recommend them to any couple looking for a top-notch wedding venue.

My husband and I decided to get married last-minute due to my mom's late cancer diagnosis and terminal prognosis. With only two months, our options for venues were very limited. Harmony Hall Estate quickly became the obvious choice! PROS: Their pricing package is flexible, with lots of options to tailor your experience to your budget. With great options for in-house catering and decorating, you'll save a lot of money and time on both. You can also pay an additional fee to bring in outside caterers. The food at our wedding came from Karen's Catering, their in-house caterer. We enjoyed our dishes at dinner and during cocktail hour. The pretzel cart absolutely hit the spot, though, and was a hit with our guests. Overall, I'd say the food was satisfying. The bar options, like the food packages, are quite flexible. We chose to prepay our bar tab for our guests, which allowed us to be open bar up to a certain price. We were able to add more to that tab via cash during the wedding. The venue itself is beautiful, with plenty of outdoor location choices for your ceremony. The location is convenient, with hotels nearby and shuttles that run you and your guests to and from the venue. The farmhouse to get ready in is gorgeous and historic, making it a wonderful location for pictures. There are plenty of places on the property for taking beautiful portraits with your partner and family. The ballroom is spacious, with flexible floor plans that Jill will work with you to design. You'll receive access to Aisle Planner when you book with Harmony Hall Estate, which is a nice online service to upload all of your wedding information. Included is a service to make your reception floor plan. CONS: I was told the key to the farmhouse would be placed in the lockbox, but couldn't find it morning of. None of the contacts at Harmony Hall answered when I called, and it took us nearly 45 minutes of searching to finally find the key in a mailbox. We lost a lot of valuable time to get ready, which created stress, and on top of that the farmhouse was so hot that my bridesmaids and I were sweating bullets while trying to do our hair and makeup. The temperature inside the building was in the mid and upper seventies, which was brutal with so many people and hot hair tools on. Additionally, while they have plenty of pricing options, I will say that their information package is somewhat confusing and rather lengthy. It could be tweaked to be more streamlined for the sake of clarity. The crab dip that we paid extra for during cocktail hour was disappointing. I don't recommend paying the upcharge for it, sadly. It's also good to keep in mind that you will pay the same price for a vendor's plate as you will one of your guests. This wasn't communicated to me until I asked, so I do recommend that the staff at Harmony Hall make sure their clients are aware of this. Our bartender, though kind, was unfamiliar with many of today's popular drinks and was rather slow, which was disappointing. OVERALL: Harmony Hall Estate is a great venue for a budget-friendly, beautiful wedding! I'd like to add as a disclaimer that our timeline for wedding planning was especially short, so some of the shortcomings when it comes to clarity/explanations of things may very well just be due to our rushed timeline. Since we are based in Kentucky, it made it harder to communicate effectively with Jill and the team at Harmony Hall.

Shellie and the Hotel Du Pont team are total pros. They were very accommodating throughout the process and were always willing to work with us to make our day as special as possible. The food and drinks were all terrific and the service was exceptional. We were attracted to Hotel Du Pont as a venue because of the opportunity to host a “Wedding Weekend” and not only did we get to pull that off, but Hotel Du Pont made it a better experience than we could have hoped for. Great food, beautiful ballrooms and accommodations, and a professional and friendly staff made this a home run wedding venue for us.

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at the Carriage house! It has been taken over by Prime Hospitality catering who did an amazing job from start to finish! Our guests raved over the food, waitstaff, and bartenders! Katie and her team took care of every single aspect of our wedding which allowed my husband and I, our families, and our bridal party to be stress free and enjoy the day! I could go on and on about how amazing our wedding day was! Not a single thing went wrong, Katie and her team decorated the venue beautifully, the service was fantastic, and our guests continue to reach out about how beautiful the wedding venue was. It was better than I could’ve ever expected! I hope that the Carriage House starts to see an increase in weddings at their venue because they are truly amazing at their job! Katie coordinated and helped me with planning the wedding out from day 1. She worked relentlessly behind the scenes to ensure we had a great day. The food was the best wedding meal I have ever had and I’m not just saying that because I had my wedding here. The restaurant associated with the caterers “Brandywine Prime” makes amazing food. I will admit when initially wedding planning I was unsure of the carriage house due to the lack of online presence and photos of recent weddings. It is truly a hidden gem and definitely worth considering for your wedding day!!

I don’t even know where to start. My daughter and her fiancé were determined to have their wedding at a zoo. After reviewing several possibilities they chose the Elmwood Park Zoo, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. If you choose to get married at a zoo, animal interaction is one of the top priorities and the Elmwood Park zoo did not disappoint. We chose to include the giraffe feeding for all of our guests along with six different animal encounters throughout the evening. The guest were thrilled. The zoo also offered a variety of different locations for the ceremony and the cocktail hour which was nice to have options. We then chose the Canyon Garden for the reception which was lovely. They recently added a bridal suite which was a nice bonus. The only downside is that there is no adjoining bathroom and outside food was not allowed when the bridal party was getting ready. Perhaps at some point in the future, they will offer a light snack menu. The zoo also offers an extensive menu for both the cocktail hour and the reception. The food was very good and the caterers accommodated our requests for special dietary needs. I have to say we were very high maintenance. We had a specific design vision with many moving parts . In addition, my daughter added several specialized elements to the evening… A peanut butter and jelly unity ceremony , a memory bouquets for loved ones no longer with us and their 2 large dogs participating in the ceremony to name a few! In many ways we pushed the envelop and the zoo met every challenge. We did decide to hire a Day of Coordinator (Lauren from IDoInvites was phenomenal), but the the star of the zoo was Becky Bell who is their Event Manager. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful she is. Her attention to detail was incredible. She made everything look easy.. and trust me it wasn’t! We had a lot going on ! She always had a smile and never got ruffled no matter what issue or change we requested. She is a true professional, and I attribute her to making the evening a success. As I mentioned we also hired Lauren from IDoInvites as our coordinator and she and Becky were in total sync. What a dynamic duo these two were. I would highly recommend the Elmwood Park Zoo for any upcoming event.

The communication with Springfield Country Club was prompt and clear throughout the entire wedding planning process! The space was timeless and classy, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Milton was ready with blankets for the golf cart and always checking in with us in case we needed anything, and Nancy was always delightful and on top of everything that needed to be done. Our best man wasn’t able to attend due to deployment and the co-best man coordinated a video to play during the speech, the process day of was seamless and we are thankful he was able to say some words on our wedding day! We had such a great time working with Nancy and the entire Springfield Country Club team - the entire wedding was perfect!
