From the very beginning, Megan and Lauren impressed us with their quick responses to our questions and their exceptional organizational skills, both in the lead-up to our wedding and on the big day itself. The initial call with Megan's team allowed us to determine if we were a good fit for each other. Megan walked us through the company, the process, and the available packages in detail. We were seeking a planner who would be totally hands-on so we could be hands-off, and Magnolia Collective was perfect for that role. Megan and Lauren were always quick to respond to our calls and emails, helping us build an incredible team of vendors for our wedding. The vendors they recommended were top-notch and aligned perfectly with our vision. Megan even attended our rental appointment and picked out everything we needed based on our likes and dislikes from our style boards. This level of personalized service was exceptional and ensured that every detail matched our vision perfectly. Best of all, Megan’s team organized and coordinated our wedding so seamlessly that any minor issues went completely unnoticed. We trusted Megan’s team with every aspect of our wedding, providing them with our preferences, and they brought our vision to life beautifully. Their list of trusted vendors and strong reputation with them made the entire process stress-free. A special shout-out to Lauren, who was fabulous! She assisted with the set-up on the day of the wedding and checked in on me regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. Her organization was extremely impressive to see first hand. Even the vendors we spoke with face-to-face raved about her organization, professionalism, and how easy it is to work with her. I think it speaks volumes that everyone she interacts with (clients and vendors alike) love to work with her. She is outstanding at balancing all the moving parts of a wedding with ease, and always made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. Sarah always took the time to help us finetune even the smallest of details, making sure the day would include everything we wanted. So many of our friends have said the wedding process was one of the most stressful times in their lives, but we did not have that experience at all and this is hugely attributed to Sarah and her team. The experience was enjoyable and exciting, and we never once found ourselves overwhelmed. We would have never been able to make it to our wedding day while still having fun, if we didn’t have Sarah leading our team. On the day of our wedding, Sarah and her team were OUTSTANDING! We felt cared for by each member of the team and our guests felt the entire day flowed perfectly, all thanks to Sarah. Every small detail was planned out and went exactly as planned. This is a way too late review for a spectacular wedding planner and event designer who brought to life the wedding of my dreams in June 2022! Lauren and her team truly provide a 5-star experience in every way and more. Before I met Lauren, I had a vision for my wedding, but really wasn't sure how to bring it to fruition. I was walking through the "steps" recommended in different timeline sheets, which in itself is very tiring, and starting very big picture. But as anyone who has planned a wedding knows, the details start to become very, very overwhelming - especially when there's a specific look and feel you want for your wedding. Where do you invest your time and money? That's where Lauren was a lifesaver. Some key moments in our work together included: aligning us via several conversations and an inspiration deck (really important for making sure you're on the same page), meeting me at a rental facility to walk through design elements together, coordinating with family members to make sure she got a comprehensive picture of what really mattered to me (bless my partner, he couldn't care less), and "secretly" working with family members to make the vision "bigger and better" and surprise me. Lauren also has an IMPECCABLE eye for how to bring all the million details together. She hand-selected and/or advised on every detail, from utensil colors to linens to stamp types to wax seals - all the tiny details that create a full "experience" for you and your guests, but by the end, you don't have energy to pick yourself! Moreover, Lauren is incredibly professional, warm, direct, patient, and supportive - all traits you need in a planner and designer. She will also tell you what she thinks, which is essential, particularly in the home stretch! By the end, Lauren was responsible for creating the wedding of my dreams. I can truly say it was the most magical weekend of my life, and while all weddings are so special when you have the people you love, it doesn't quite feel *spectacular* without all those details coming together. I am happy to share photos of my event with anyone who asks, or simply look at Lauren's instagram for her incredible work. Thank you, Lauren - we were so lucky to find you!!! 3

We hired Alexis's team to be the day-of coordinator for our wedding reception and are so pleased that we did. She was helpful in making suggestions, decisions and changes and coordinating with various vendors when confusion came up. It was a huge relief to know that she would be the one to expertly handle those last minute issues, and she was able to solve several of those issues (unsurprisingly, I made a few mistakes). Our wedding was small and casual, and despite her usual role running highly produced weddings, she was supportive, encouraging, and flexible to roll with our vision. A week before when a couple of unexpected issues came up, Alexis met with me at the venue over a drink to talk things through again and provided authentic support that turned around my whole energy about it all. Her team member Nicole was our onsite coordinator and she took my materials and impeccably delivered on the look and setup at the venue. It was a huge value to have someone prepared to listen to what our vision was and then make some of the last decisions and judgment calls to get it there -- because my husband and I are decidedly NOT event professionals. Cynquetta is a gem to work with! My husband and I found Cynquetta through a bridal expo in Philly after having to fire our previous wedding planner. I truly wish we had found Cynquetta first because she would have certainly been the wedding planner for the entire wedding. From the moment I met her at the expo I knew she would be the right fit. Her booth was beautifully decorated, and she exuded a kind, honest, and professional spirit. Throughout the planning process, Cynquetta was everything I dreamed and imagined a wedding planner to be. She was organized, timely, and great with communication, and she brought the positive energy that a couple needs to navigate the stresses of wedding planning. Regardless of how stressed (or over it) I was throughout the planning, Cynquetta remained calm and supportive for both me and my husband. For the wedding, we had a 10hr long Tobagonian, Barbadian, Nigerian fusion wedding with 2 ceremonies, multiple outfit changes for our entire families (40 people) and the bridal party in addition to the cocktail hour, reception, and photos. When I tell you Cynquetta helped us execute everything PERFECTLY!!!!?? Honestly, the guests said the wedding was like “a movie” or “a production” and I truly believe it worked out this way largely because of Cynquetta. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to planning, and I think Cynquetta was even more meticulous than me lol. Her spreadsheet to organize the details of the wedding covered everything we could think of and some much of what I wouldn’t have realized needed to be planned out. We met weekly, texted regularly, and emailed frequently to get everything in place for the big day. I could go on and on about how Cynquetta will NOT let you down; but I’ll end with the only bit of critique I had for Cynquetta is that she needs to raise her prices!!!! She’s THAT good! I would have paid double (or more) for the quality of her work and the joy that she allowed me and my husband to experience on our wedding day. Thank you so much Cynquetta! (PS, we've also used Cynquetta after the wedding to plan a 60th bday party for my mum!)

I believe that vendor to vendor interactions can mean a lot when it comes to recommendations, and I can't speak more highly of this team. Katie is on top of everything that happens within her team, and on wedding days. From a vendors standpoint, she's extremely easy to work with, and very considerate of what is needed from each vendor. As a photographer, communication and flexibility is key in making a wedding day run smoothly, and Katie, along with her whole team, take everything into consideration and work to make everything as easy as possible for everyone. I also love how intentional and thoughtful with her client's designs she is - she makes everything 100% about her clients! For almost the entirety of the planning process, we put off working with a wedding planner. About 3 weeks before our wedding day, we realized we couldn’t put it off any longer – that’s where One 15 Events came in. From our first conversation with Erica and Katie, we knew we made the right decision and were in the right hands. Katie immediately injected a sense of calm into the weeks leading up to our big day. She was thoughtful, thorough, precise, and decisive. On our wedding day, Katie was our right hand. She was our eyes and ears, running around to ensure every detail was executed as we planned. When there was a small table snafu at the eleventh hour, it was Katie who sprang into action to resolve. When it was time for our brief ceremony rehearsal, it was Katie who took charge and led the way. When we realized our bridesmaids hadn’t been given their bouquets for formal pictures, it took no more than a minute for Katie to locate and hand them out. She brought attention to things we did not even think about and asked the questions we did not know were significant. She collaborated well with our vendors to help produce a night to remember. On the day of, she made sure we were right on time without making us feel rushed. From our church wedding to the reception, she made sure that each step of the way went according to plan. We were able to be on the dance floor all night, just as we wanted without worrying about a single thing. We knew she was there working behind the scenes, ensuring everything would go smoothly. Next thing we know, light sticks and glow rings were being distributed- something we actually almost forgot because we were over the top enjoying ourselves. I cannot recommend Kristen Caputo Weddings & Events highly enough! My husband and I had a beach wedding last month and I was trying to handle everything myself, until I realized just how overwhelmed I was. Kristen had great reviews and after reaching out, I thought she had very fair prices for her services. I hired her to be my coordinator and I’m SO thankful I did! After every planning call with her, I would feel like a weight was lifted. She always had such helpful input throughout our calls and there are SO many things I would have overlooked without her there to guide me. On the big day Kristen and her Assistant Megan were AMAZING! I really thought I was going to spend the day worrying about if things were being set up the way I wanted them. On the actual day I wasn’t worried at all, by that point I had so much confidence in Kristen I knew she’d make it happen! And she did! My wedding was set up exactly how I wanted it and everything flowed so nicely! Megan waited with my dad and I before walking down the aisle and she was a lifesaver! She held all my things and helped me stay calm! Our ceremony turned out beautifully. I couldn’t believe how pretty it looked when I got to the aisle! It was better than I had hoped for. For the reception Kristen and Megan directed all our guests while we took photos. Then they made sure we got food and drinks and some time to ourselves before the socializing. Our reception turned out to be so much fun and all of our friends and family LOVED Kristen and Megan! They got to know our guests and they just felt like family celebrating with us by the end of the night! To any brides reading this in need of a wedding coordinator/planner- do yourself a favor and contact Kristen right now! My wedding was a beautiful, fun, and unforgettable day and I owe that to all of Kristen and Megan’s hard work!!! I couldn’t have done it without them!

Katie was such an amazing person to work with from the very first phone call to our last email after my wedding!! I got engaged in February of 2023 and reached out to Katie the following month. She truly kept me on track and informed me the whole time, I never felt like I was forgetting something or taking too much on at once. When April of 2024 hit I had zero stress because I knew that I would have Katies help that whole month. She asked questions that I would never have thought of, helped me make final decisions and was a calming person to go to during my wedding month. Our elopement was beyond perfect and our reception space was STUNNING thanks to Katie! She even mailed our marriage license for us! Katie was very responsive and honest. When I sent her inspo she let me know what we could do to achieve my goal but in our budget. She is also super sweet and very cool! I wish I could throw more events just to have her help me again. A Bupp Event was built after a huge move to the south and a new baby in tow. After 7 months of an extended maternity leave from events and the DC market I found I really missed events! Ashley is incredible at what she does and an all around lovely human being. When I started planning my wedding a year in advance, I thought I would not be in need of a day of coordinator, but having one was absolutely essential to our wedding day's success. She handled finalizing and coordinating details with our vendors leading up to the big day, she made sure everything ran on time on the wedding day, she ensured our decor looked exactly the way we specified, she honored all of our wishes but most importantly she kept me calm and focused when I was beginning to feel overwhelmed by time and decision making. Honestly, what can I say about Katelyn and her team? The fact that she’s AMAZING! We booked her as our day of coordinator but her services feel like a full planner. Catering for this planner was challenging, but fulfilling. I'm based in a different state, but I offer a specific cultural Puerto Rican food that the family desired. Needless to say, they did their research for this family! I planned from a distance but I delivered what I needed to deliver. To me, the food was good and it had choices. Setting up to serve the food was a feat, but what made the difference serving it was the help from your the FWS staff. It reminded me why I love what I do, and I hope to work with them again. A day-of-coordinator is one of the last wedding vendors I considered, and working with Cindy made me wish I booked her right after getting engaged! Every step of the process working with Cindy demonstrated her professionalism, skill, and kindness. From our first consultation call, she immediately put me at ease and shared her own experience with weddings similar to ours. Throughout the planning process, she was highly accessible starting from the time we booked with her, striking the best balance of offering her perspective while encouraging us to make the decision that was best for us. She also offered invaluable insight such as recommending an excellent videographer who we were very happy with. Despite her busy schedule during peak wedding season, she always ensured that I, my now husband, and parents felt heard and received her full attention. The night before my wedding, a vendor reached out with a timing concern that would have led me to panic had it not been for Cindy, who solved the issue without my having to give it a second thought, leading to the ceremony entrance that my husband and I dreamed of. The day of my wedding, Cindy and Caroline immediately brought a sense of calm and joy when my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and were on top of little wrinkles that arose in the plan, such as when a transportation vendor didn’t show up. I hadn’t realized that there would be so many wedding items to keep track of (vendor gratuities, favors, signs, toasting flutes, etc etc etc), but Cindy and Caroline ensured that all these things were set up correctly at the venue, and packed up at the end of the night. Overall, it is hard to imagine how the day would have gone without them. They were unquestionably an essential part of how we were able to enjoy some calm and lots of fun during our wedding day, and we are so grateful to them!
