The Hall is host to a variety of classes, dances, wedding receptions, art fairs, fundraisers, birthday parties and community events. Rentals include use of our extensive collection of chairs and tables, as well as our LCD projector and sound system. Situated among Madrona trees, evergreens and wildflowers on beautiful Madrona Point in Eastsound, the heart of Orcas Island, the Hall has hosted many memorable weddings and gala celebrations over the years.

Odd Fellows was a total dream for our wedding reception: the team was responsive, thoughtful, and caring (and filled with recommendations for local vendors); the space comes with magical lighting fixtures with the perfect touch of whimsy; plenty of room for dancing and catering and a full band on the clever corner stage; a stunning view of the water surrounding Indian Island amidst the Madrona trees. Most of our guests all stayed a few blocks away right in town and could walk home within 10 minutes. Because we used all local vendors, and everyone knows and loves Odd Fellows, coordination was a breeze. Our whole experience felt like a family operation because, here, community is clearly the premium value. We highly recommend Odd Fellows for a wedding, wedding reception, or any event meant to be filled with love--the space both holds and amplifies it!

DeeDee is an incredible owner - providing the best service and advice throughout not only your wedding day, but planning as well! We loved that Sadie Lake had such a large inventory of decor - we saved hundreds here! The bridal suite with beautiful natural light, large and accommodating groom’s suite, and the prep kitchen was a huge bonus. Now let’s talk about the grounds - DeeDee has created a beautiful venue. When we showed up for our tour, she was in gardening gloves and boots - we knew that she kept this place immaculate! Everything on the 18 acres is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for wedding photos! The barn is a beautiful backdrop, the lake is adorable, and the lush green grounds are to die for. The tent and barn provide great alternates for poor weather as well (we didn’t need it, but we were glad to have a backup, knowing Washington). Our guests absolutely loved partying it up at Sadie Lake! Deedee is the kindest vendor, and truly cares for you as a couple and the important part of your wedding day; that you love each other and are getting married!! We highly recommend Sadie Lake! We were lucky enough to be one of the first events in the Gatsby Ballroom! It was a fabulous evening for family and friends to get to know each other the night before our wedding. The food was incredible. We had Beef Wellington and Salmon as our main dishes and the guests raved about both. Many said it was the best salmon they had ever had! We had about 75 guests and the room was perfect. The bartender even had signature drinks that he came up with based on our personal taste. The staff was easy to work with and paid attention to every detail to make it a memorable night and the perfect start to our wedding weekend. We highly recommend using this venue for your upcoming events!

I have photographed a handful of weddings at Fireseed and every time it is a 10/10 experience. They run a tight ship, but with a relaxed attitude, which I find to be a wonderful combo for vendors, couples and guests. There is always someone nearby who knows what's going on, and as a photographer, I never feel like I have to take on any extra responsibilities (which happens too often at other venues). The property itself is stunning and there are so many areas to take beautiful photos. Dawn & Dave are so good at what they do, and I can't wait for my next wedding at the lovely Fireseed Catering!

The value for what we paid was fantastic. Despite a bit of rain, the staff swiftly wiped down chairs and pivoted to keep everything on track. We couldn't recommend Carleton Farms highly enough for couples wanting a picturesque, smooth-running wedding that feels warm, intimate, and completely special.

Brides, you want someone who knows your space when you get to planning final details like where should the bar, photo booth, etc. go. My now husband and I were also planning this wedding from Washington DC with a limited amount of time in Seattle to come onsite to complete venue walk throughs and final tastings. The Venue Manager always accommodated us, coming in on Sunday to do our final walk through. I am so relieved to say our day went perfectly as planned - not a single thing went wrong. I would highly recommend Columbia for their wine and their beautiful space, but even more emphatically because of the Venue's Manager.

Terra Valley Farms provided the perfect venue for our dream wedding. Their communication was always prompt, chill, and accommodating as we planned our special day. This is truly a one-of-a-kind, outdoor, garden wedding venue! Your outdoor wedding is held on groomed lawns with backdrops to the gardens and water features. There are several ceremony locations to choose from, countless background options for your wedding photos, and immense space for you and your guests to mingle and wander throughout the gardens. We include our two glamping tents in your wedding package. This makes your wedding experience even more unique, stress-free, and fun! Also included in your package are tables, chairs, staff, and much more.

Falling Water Gardens is a hidden gem located in Monroe. Not only is the location beautiful, but you also have various spaces to use for your ceremony and reception. There is tons of flexibility and a lot of options. Rick, Ken, and Liz were easy to work with, and always responded to our messages clearly and within a reasonable time frame. My husband and I only looked a handful of venues, and when I saw this one, I knew place was perfect for us. I didn't feel like I could justify the cost of a florist, and if you get married here, you don't need one. The flowers and trees in the event space are enough! Not only does Falling Water Gardens offer flexibility and different options for your ceremony and reception, but they also allow you to come check out the space while you are going through your planning. My husband and I went back to the space a few times while we were planning to get a visual for where our decor would be setup, where the bar would go, the DJ, etc. And if you give the venue a heads up that you are coming, someone will greet you and will answer any questions you may have. Some venues don't offer a lot in terms of setup, but Falling Water Gardens has 200 chairs and plenty of tables for you to use, and they will set all of that up for you. We did our decor on our own, but having the tables and chairs ready in the spaces was a huge help. They also have a large tent for the tables and chairs, and smaller easy up tents for your vendors. We had a bit of an issue with one of our photographers, and did not feel like we had adequate time to take photos as a couple. Because of this, my husband and I wanted to take more photos. When I contacted Liz to ask if we could return to the venue to take more photos, she said yes. Getting a chance to take more photos/re-do some photos made the experience that much better for us. Again, the flexibility, kindness, various options, and beautiful space are all here. Falling Water Gardens was there for us every step of the way, and they made sure our day was everything we wanted. I could not have asked for more when I found this venue.

We began looking for wedding venues a year in advance, and from the moment we met Jamie and James, we knew River Valley Oasis was the one. Their warmth, friendliness, and clear love for their venue made booking an easy decision. They even offer a helpful website to connect with vendors, which we used for several wedding services. Jamie and James went above and beyond for us. James graciously let us use his newly crafted tables, which added a special touch to our welcome table, sweetheart table, and dessert station. Everything came together perfectly, and you can see the beautiful craftsmanship in the photos! My husband and I highly recommend River Valley Oasis for any special gathering. The experience was flawless from start to finish.
