Blenheim Hill Farm is a heavenly wedding destination in the Catskills Mountains. Our capacity is from 70-200 guests. We grow the food and cook it for you in ​our ​own kitchen. You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team helps you every step of the way, and everything is included. Our historic farmhouses ​ ​are gorgeously appointed sanctuaries for you and your family, sleeping up to 40 guests. When you get married at Ashling, you get the entire property to yourself. From your rehearsal to your day-after brunch, it's all yours. We handle the tent, tables, chairs, and bathroom trailer. Plus we have a wedding coordinator on-site for you, along with unique accommodations for 20 people. You choose your caterer and DJ, and we make it happen.

We are a small family farm located in Central New York. We have created several spaces on our farm for ceremonies, and a very nice, intimate space for a reception. We have a licensed kitchen, therefore we can cater your wedding, or you can hire an outside caterer. We are working farm, and as such need to limit the number of seated guests to 30 or fewer, 50 or fewer for an hours d’oeuvres only reception. Booking our venue also includes officiant services.
