We worked with Tiffany C from Mostest. Firstly, she did all the unglamorous, necessary parts of managing vendors and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. She also helped bring things to our attention where we had underthought our planned approach, helping create so many personal, special details for the eventual day. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. On the day of she wrangled our family like a pro, setup our centerpieces, and was just generally a force of nature in being the schedule source of truth and making sure we had everything we needed to be happy all day. Rhiannon & John from 413 Events were worth triple what they charged us! They were by far our favorite vendors and we are so lucky to have had them. Not only were they extremely professional and timely with communication the entire process of planning our wedding (which can’t be said about all the vendors we chose) but they were also so kind, warm, thoughtful and supportive. They went out of their way to source decor for us when we mentioned we had a limited budget and surprised us by decorating our reception space. Although the venue we chose was a hot mess from start to finish, Rhiannon and John worked so hard together to make sure we had pockets of happiness on our wedding day and for that we are so appreciative. We couldn’t have done it without them and their positive attitudes and attention to detail. We could sing of their praises forever honestly. Philly, the owner of Prologue Events, is exactly the wedding planner/coordinator/florist/friend you need in your life. She does it all, which is very convenient so you don't have to communicate with a bunch of different vendors. For us, she worked on our Chinese/Tea Ceremony day and Western Ceremony day. She has lots of experience working with cultural weddings and is familiar with many traditional customs. Early on, she created a mood board for floral arrangements and tablescape, which made it easy to trust and align with her. From beginning to end, she made the 1 year we spent wedding planning sane and somewhat enjoyable. She broke down tasks for us, allowing us to focus on one task at a time, and gave us lots of vendor suggestions to choose from. Philly REALLY shined on our wedding weekend, which was 3 days. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we had breaks, set up every detail of the venue, patiently worked with our large hectic families, and packed up all of our belongings for us at the end of the night. She even took a bunch of behind-the-scene footages since we didn't carry our phones. We trusted Philly in executing and she delivered! She allowed us to enjoy our wedding and took on a lot of the logistical stress. Our regular check-ins made the planning process much more manageable and enjoyable. After each meeting, I thought, “Wow, I’m so glad I found her!” Our actual wedding day was the least stressful part, which to me, is a testimony of how incredible of a wedding planner Tosha truly is. Kiira is a super star! She has very calm energy, worked very hard the day of our wedding, and was a delight to work with. We hired her for our day of coordination and she gave us a great document set to help us with our planning. I appreciated the monthly calls with her the few months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on track. She set up our reception just the way I envisioned and it let me relax with my mom and bridesmaids on our wedding day. I loved that Kiira has a small inventory of items that we could borrow so we didn’t have to buy things (votives, picture frames, fun neon sign) just for one day but that could help elevate our wedding. I would 100% use Evergreen Event Co again and have already recommended her to another bride.

I have 10 years of experience of planning + managing gatherings for as little as 20 and as many as 500. From intimate benefactor dinners to elegant fundraisers to festive and modern weddings, I have been involved in just about every aspect of an event that you can think of.

We hired Eva as our partial wedding planner about a year out from our date. We had the venue booked (actually found Eva through our venue!) but she helped us sort out the rest of our vendors. We had a couple of calls to get to know each other, for her to learn our style and what we were looking for. Then Eva gave us a month by month task list to break down the overwhelming-ness of planning a wedding into manageable chunks. She researched vendors, reached out on behalf when requested, and sent us reminders to kept the process moving. Leading up to the wedding she joined calls with the DJ and caterer to make sure we were all on the same page and directed all our vendors on where they needed to be when. Each call I just felt so thankful we had someone to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. The day of our wedding went so incredibly smoothly and Eva did an amazing job. I didn't even see the venue until I was walking down the aisle and got to have a peaceful, fun day because Eva took care of everything. I 100% recommend her!

My wife and I met Abigale while she was helping my wife’s sister and brother in law with their wedding. She did an amazing job planning and coordinating the whole thing. So well in fact after I proposed to my wife we knew from the start we’d enlist the help of Abigale and Elaborate Events. I can say without any hesitation Abigale had her work cut out with us as her clients. We both have very busy work schedules and are both lacking in the imagination and decorating abilities. We knew what we wanted (thank you Pinterest) but had no idea how to make it a reality. Abigale’s attention to detail, patience, positivity and encouragement really kept us on track and in high spirits. At times wedding planning is stressful and overwhelming. Our event was interrupted by bad weather (any couple’s worst wedding nightmare), and Saige’s team was able to pivot our entire event indoors flawlessly, while maintaining our vision of the ceremony. Moreover, Hannah made our day easy by keeping pressure off of us so we could enjoy the event, but also checking in to make sure everything was going the way we wanted. Working with YPB was a highlight of our wedding planning. Whenever we had a question or concern, they were always there with an answer or suggestion. We hired Krista and the team at Kita events to manage our wedding day with the Gold Key package - it was worth every penny! Krista was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s knowledgeable, organized, and helpful. You can tell she’s seasoned, and it put me at ease. We had a couple situations that needed creative problem solving and she just took care of it, made the calls, and found a solution. She was available and responsive, her proactive communication was so appreciated. The lead-up planning was top-notch. Then her rehearsal and day-of management were even more fantastic. Krista has a warm, calm, and positive energy - exactly what a bride needs on her big weekend. She led the rehearsal so eloquently - our wedding party (who have been in many weddings) was super impressed. On the wedding day she was behind the scenes making everything flow, coordinating with all of the vendors - I didn’t have to lift a finger. The run-of-show was seamless, she was in lock-step with our venue manager, photographer, DJ, and various musicians. And to close, after a long day (we had a New Year’s Eve wedding so it went late!), she and her team broke down and aggregated our rentals, and packed up our personal decor (there was a lot). I cannot recommend Kita Events more, we had a wonderful experience.
