I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.

Cliona & the Sea Breeze Events team were incredible. I knew I needed someone to help me on my wedding day because I did a lot of things myself (flowers, decor, etc), and I didn't want my family or friends to worry about any of it. Sea Breeze Events was on top of EVERYTHING from the moment they arrived at our hotel to the moment they left at the very end of the night. They helped keep everything on track, helped ensure all of my photography wants & needs got done, and even helped to stay and clean up EVERYTHING at the end of the night. People have continued to compliment my wedding for how smooth and perfectly executed it was, and I can certainly say that it was thanks to Cliona and the whole Sea Breeze Events team. I was very much a DIY bride in all aspects of design, vendor sourcing, stationary, tablescapes, and details. Leading up to the wedding, she was a fantastic sounding board and stragetic partner. She reviewed contracts to ensure the scope was covered and also reviewed and provided feedback on our overall budget allocations. During the event, she made the process smooth and enjoyable from working with my sister to bustle my dress, to relighting candles that had blown out, coordinating with the venue and vendors, to boxing and hand delivering our cake to the hotel…no detail was too small for Garbriella to think about. Garbriella was integral in making all of my DIY ideas and designs come to life. She meticulously set up all of our centerpieces and accents. After the wedding, Garbriella carefully packed up all of our items for us to bring home. Beckerman House of Planning not only executed the logistics seamlessly but also went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions along the way that enhanced the overall experience and demonstrating a commitment that truly exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was at Rosecliff Mansion and without her our dream wedding would not have been possible. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and everything went according to plan. She is very meticulous and organized, which made our lives much easier. With our busy work schedule we weren’t able to coordinate time for vendor meetings but Rachel did. She was able to effectively communicate our vision into making it a beautiful reality. Rachel also created and designed our menu cards, table numbers, and escort cards. It all came out beautifully!! The best decision we made while planning our September 2022 wedding was hiring Ariana and the AMC Weddings team. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning and designing process was astounding. Ariana was there to make us feel confident in each decision we were making for our wedding day whether the decision big or small. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. Her immaculately-detailed timelines, design plans, itineraries, and expertise were truly unmatched and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. The AMC Weddings Team (thank you also to Pascale, Lauren, and Macey!) blended in during our wedding day so seamlessly. There was even an issue with the person that was supposed to bring our dog Luna to our first look location. We, as the bride and groom, didn’t even realize it was an issue until the following day that Luna was not going to be able to be brought back to our home nearby by the dog company we hired. AMC Weddings didn’t even think twice and drove over 40 minutes one-way to ensure she was brought back safely, without even a hiccup in the day. Our friends and family could not stop telling us how wonderful, professional, and helpful Ariana and her team were throughout the entire day. We could not have made it through this process without her. If you are on the fence about hiring Ariana and AMC Weddings, it will be the best investment you make for a stress-free wedding day! How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"

Dana & Nicole were amazing to work with. We used Dana Marine for month of coordination and the only regret I have is not using them for the full package! Having Nicole in my life during the chaos and craziness that entails planning a wedding was an absolute god send. Nicole took charge of all the vendors and made sure everything was going smoothly. So many things happened on the back end that I didnt know about until days after the wedding and Nicole seriously saved the day so many times that I didnt even know about. Professional but also personable is sometimes hard to find in a vendor this is not the case with Nicole and Dana. They are both so sweet and also so on it!! I am thrilled with having hired them and making my dream wedding come to life. Huge THANK YOU and if I could give them more stars I absolutely would. Don't hesitate for a second to hire them!

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

I can’t count the number of times during and after our wedding I said, “hiring Christina is the best money we spent on the wedding!” I am not a planner by nature and I was dreading wedding planning. The second we hired Christina, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. She took care of all the tiny details, gave me ideas I never would have thought of, and brought our vision to life. She was so supportive throughout the whole process, answering texts and emails about absolutely everything. On the actual wedding day, I often thought that I didn’t know what we would have done without her. While our venue had a coordinator, they were not nearly as responsive and organized as Christina was. I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. I strongly recommend booking Abibi Bridal because everyone deserves a piece of mind when it comes to wedding planning, and that is what you will get when you book with them. First off, if you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner look no further. Cassie is THE best!! We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. Originally I thought I could handle wedding planning myself with the help of our venue coordinator -- but as our wedding day approached, the overwhelming amount of logistics planning our wedding from the other side of the country sent me into a tailspin. Enter Charity -- leaving our first discovery call I immediately felt myself relax. It was an easy decision to hire her and my only regret is not hiring her from Day 1! Charity is kind-hearted, detail-oriented, creative, and knows her stuff. We hired her for "Wedding Coordination & Management" 5 months before our wedding, but her support went far beyond our expectations for that sort of service. As soon as we signed our contract, Charity was available to answer any questions I had (even little things like, are real or fake candles better?), and three months out she really dove in. She attended all of our vendor meetings, asking questions we never would have thought of, advocating for our vision, and reassuring our decisions. She managed communications and made sure we and our vendors all stayed on track. When it came to the wedding weekend (9/14/24), Charity was our biggest cheerleader and fierce protector. Leading our rehearsal she made sure to tell everyone that SHE was their point of contact and not to bother myself or my husband the day of the wedding. She arrived on our wedding day before any vendors showed up and stayed until the last vendor left. This woman walked over 14 MILES running around making sure everyone was doing their job and everything was perfectly in place on our wedding day. Our decor was set up perfectly, we ran EARLY on our timeline (I've been in a lot of wedding and know it's a miracle to even be on time), and us and our entire families were able to fully relax, unbothered, knowing that everything was being handled by a pro. When it came to the end of the night, we were able to go enjoy our after party with our guests without worrying about tearing down our event. We woke up the next morning to everything put away neatly back in their boxes ready for us to haul home. Charity's support literally followed through to the very last minute. To those brides whose venues come with a coordinator — I would seriously recommend still hiring Charity. A venue coordinator is not t he same as what Charity offers. That wasn't clear to me before, but it's very clear after. If you want someone who can support coordination across ALL of your vendors, be by your side in the months leading up to the event, and advocate for your vision throughout, do not wait until the end like me! We truly didn't have a single thing go wrong on our wedding day, and I am certain that would not have been the case without Charity! We worked with Ashley at Kelly Elizabeth Events for our wedding in August. Ashley provided us with partial wedding planning support (6 months). We spoke with a number of different planners who's services included providing access to some general software and template checklists. Unlike other options, Kelly Elizabeth Events look the time to understand how you envisioned your day, what support you wanted vs. needed, and identified & swiftly actioned areas that needed to be addressed. We received a personalized, detailed checklist and agenda every time we met with Ashley. Ashley was an all-star, planning angel. During the planning sessions, she was understanding of my husband and my tight working schedules. Ashley navigated the challenges of us living and planning from another state. She pushed progress in areas that we couldn't, while finding ways for our decisions and preferences to be layered in. One example of the efficiency and thoughtfulness of Ashley - since my husband and I don't live in Boston, we needed to leverage holiday weekends or even work trips nearby to fit in a stop in Boston. We needed to fit a venue walkthrough, cake tasting, and rental appointment in one week. Recognizing three separate appointments would be near impossible for us, Ashley picked up rental samples for us to view during our venue walkthrough, went out of her way to drop off the samples, and facilitated a thorough venue walkthrough with our catering team and venue director. On top of all that, Ashley managed to bring us our cake tasting samples so we could have a remote cake tasting. Without Ashley, we would've needed to take work days off or come back another weekend. On a separate note, we later found out our close friends had used Kelly Elizabeth Events for their wedding as well. They underscored how happy they were with their choice too; they would equally recommend and refer Kelly Elizabeth Events! It is hard to put into words the tremendous gratitude I feel for Christina and her team with Lovelace Designs. We had our wedding at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA – a non-conventional space that very rarely holds weddings. There were countless unique aspects of this space we had to consider while planning the event, and it is no exaggeration that Christina executed everything perfectly. In addition to her amazing skills as an event coordinator, she is a kind and friendly person who supported me through all the unforeseen challenges associated with planning your wedding. Christina consistently went above and beyond what was contractually required. One example of this excellent service occurred when we were securing a pipe & drape vendor for our ceremony. Christina actually drove out to Holyoke MA to see the pipe and drape in person since this was a new vendor she had not previously worked with. I am so thankful she took that trip as we realized that vendor could not execute what we envisioned. After describing her concerns to me, she immediately presented me with a solution in the form of another vendor who was able to provide us with exactly what we needed for our space. This is truly just one example of the hundreds of occasions Christina’s customer service was far beyond what we could’ve expected. From the first phone call I had with Christina, I knew that she would be pleasant to work with and up for the challenge. As time went on, I developed a profound appreciation for both her fabulous taste and her special ability to help me take simple ideas and create a seamless theme and elegant design. She was so wonderful to work with, my grandmother hired her to assist with my bridal shower and my mother-in-law also hired her to coordinate the 170-person rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding! Over the past year, Lovelace Design became a beloved part of our celebrations and Christina became an extended member of our family. We hired Carin to coordinate a complex wedding with a lot of custom elements designed by us and our friends and family. She did an incredible job - our guests all told us what a great time they had, and how much they loved our choices - but the execution was all Carin. Before the wedding, she listened to what we wanted and made sure to ask us everything she needed to know. Then, as the day got close, we didn't have to worry even a bit. Carin handled it all and we were able to concentrate on the ceremony. She did a great job reading the room and figuring out the logistics at the same time, so that from arrival to ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner, to dancing, the evening had a flow that felt organic and natural. Us newlyweds and our guests barely had to think at all. But it was because of Carin's thoughtful and sharp coordination that it felt this way. She was keeping it running behind the scenes, making all the right calls as things came up, like a trusted general in the field. It's hard to express how happy we are with how it all turned out. We'll remember this wedding the rest of our lives, and we got to do it our way, but with a level of professionalism and execution we never could have achieved by ourselves. There's not a lot of coordinators who can do that - who can honor the vision entirely but put all the pieces together. Carin made it happen. As someone who had an unfortunate experience with a wedding planner scamming me (aka I paid her a deposit and she ghosted me), believe me when I say Breanna is the real deal. I signed her for partial planning services and she did not disappoint. For context, I had no idea what I was doing. I had never attended a wedding and my parents are immigrants who didn’t have the whole American wedding experience, so they had even less of a clue of how it works. I knew I’d miss crucial details and needed someone along the way as I was planning all by myself. Breanna came up with timelines, emailed vendors for me, checked in frequently, and gave me solid guidance whenever I needed advice. I think where she really shined was the day of. So if you’re considering it, at the very least sign her to be your day-of coordinator. I’m an extremely organized person, but on the wedding day I didn’t want to be running around. She was extremely professional and responsible throughout the whole day. Breanna was always one step ahead. I arrived at the church, she was already there waiting having organized the wedding party to walk down the aisle. Bus pulled up at the venue, Breanna was already there clipboard in hand. Reception started, Breanna was already next to me asking about my thoughts on the food and how things were going. Another thing — before I said it, she already did it. For example, I was worried my welcome sign didn’t get set up so I asked her. She pointed at the sign. She had already set it up. I was worried about vendors knowing about a change of location. Breanna had already updated every single one of them via email days ago. I was worried about whether I signed the right vendors. Breanna vetted every single one. And they all nailed it on the day of. Like I cried tears of joy for over my photographer and florist and how phenomenal they were. Hear me out. I’ll be the first to admit I have trust issues and I am the person who is very much like “I’d rather do it myself because I know it will get done and get done well. So I’ll just do it.” But girly pop, you can’t do it all. And you shouldn’t have to. Enjoy this moment. Breanna is the planner you can trust. Believe her when she says she’ll do it. Know she will do well. For the first time, I could close my eyes, take a deep breath, and know I had nothing to worry about.

I was on the fence on hiring a planner and let me just say, I am soooo thankful I chose to do so. Amy was amazing to work with and made my day so much easier as I did not have to worry about anything. We discussed where and how I wanted the decorations and she executed it so perfectly, it was exactly how I imagined. She even came in clutch multiple times with bobby pins when I decided I no longer wanted my front hair pieces out as well as double sided sticky patches to hold my lightweight memorial items down on the table as it was an outside event & rainy.
