She spent her mid-career as a meeting planner, traveling while implementing detailed logistics. In 2001, she founded her first full-service wedding & event planning company. Today, Wendee is a high school teacher-librarian, consultant, and planner for intimate destination weddings (small, less than 35 people). She believes in providing high-quality service at an incredible value by doing only small weddings & elopements that are fun and spirited; she believes in doing less, but better.
