Weddings have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My parents were both admired teachers who were invited to former student's weddings, and I got to tag along! I loved observing the beauty of these events and became completely enthralled with weddings when my older sister got married when I was 10. Keeping up with her wedding plans was so much fun that I started planning fake weddings after school! I've been in the Denver wedding scene for 5 years, and have loved every second of it. I have a cat named Smokey who is my entire world. I love sports and have season tickets to the Rockies & Broncos. I love all things vintage!

As a non-profit social enterprise we are all about putting our couples first. Our mission at Jaybird Events is to design meaningful gatherings with a focus on minimizing our impact on the planet and empowering the next generation of event planners. We offer paid internships to young people interested in being a wedding or event planner and teach them job skills so they are well prepared to enter the working world! We also strive to be as eco - conscious as possible, with tips and tricks of how to do so and partnerships with recycling and compost companies in the Denver area! LOTS OF 2024 AVAILABILITY!     Moriah was absolutely instrumental in planning my wedding! She has so much experience in the wedding industry, is quick to respond, and thoughtful. What really stood out to me was the small details put into our day. For example, in our final timeline that was created and sent promptly to our vendors, Moriah included meals and drinks for us in places I would have never thought of!! It is amazing how considerate she is in making your day flow and taking care of you. Highly recommend!!
