At Ivory Events we specialize in coordinating memorable weddings and have been doing so for over 17 years. Our team comprises passionate, personable, experienced, and detail-oriented professionals dedicated to helping you create a dream celebration that will be remembered not just by you, but by your guests for years. We work with our couples to ensure that their wedding vision comes to life - from the first meeting, to bringing all the intricate details together. All of your wedding details ​will be exceptionally planned for a Colorado wedding experience.

Our worldwide multicultural experience! We believe that no two couples are alike and that each wedding should be unique! We will work around your schedule. You can call us at 8pm or 8am and we will get back to you! You are our priority.

    We worked with Ivory Events for our August 2024 wedding and they were an absolute joy to work with! They were responsive, flexible, and made the whole process a breeze. The week leading up to our wedding Honey and her team made sure every detail was on track to go as planned. I was so at peace on our wedding day knowing that they were around!     My husband and I worked with Honey and Ivory Events to execute our dream wedding day this summer and our choice to involve them in our wedding was the single best choice we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the very initial phone call, all the way up to the day-of, they worked professionally and transparently took care of everything and anything I needed help with. I could text or email every tiny thought or idea I had and they would be ready to help me execute. Starting with the choice of planning package that would best fit our needs, they listened to our needs and our proposed budget to help us make the right choice without up-selling us and found the perfect vendors to suit our needs and vision. We came into the process both venue and date-less, and she helped us pick the right venue, even getting virtual tours with us in the winter months due to our travel schedule and they helped us allocate a budget to fit our needs. During wedding planning, people often ask you about your stress levels, and every single time I got this question I could honestly answer that I felt okay because I had such wonderful planners helping us take care of everything. We are so thankful to Honey for making our dream wedding happen with a smile on her face!

    It's hard to know where even to begin my review of Ivory Events services. They were worth double what we paid and our day truly wouldn't have been as special as it was without them making sure everything went flawlessly behind the scenes. When my husband craved a cup of coffee during the middle of the reception, they rushed up to make him a pot. When our table cards flew away, they went around and handed them out individually. When our driver didn't show up at the end of the night, they threw our suitcases into the back of their car and drove us the extra half hour out of her way. They are organized, and so amazingly hard working

    Our wedding day (and our entire wedding planning experience from start to end) was THE BEST and stress free and this was all thanks to Honey and her Ivory Events team! Hiring Honey meant that we got to actually enjoy the planning journey and didn't have to think about anything other than being present and in-the-moment on the day of our wedding and enjoy each moment (which was our ultimate goal in hiring a planner). From the get-go, it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients and are incredible at bringing our vision to life. Honey is a rockstar, you absolutely won't regret working with her and her team! Do it – we were so thrilled!
