    Working with Meg and her team at Tie the Knot Bridal Creations was an absolute dream! As a luxury wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of capturing many stunning weddings, but Meg’s level of organization, communication, and execution is truly next-level. She and her incredible team flawlessly set up an outdoor wedding for 100 guests—in the snow! They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from clearing pathways for safe walking to meticulously arranging breathtaking table décor. The custom-designed floral archway was an absolute showstopper, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for the ceremony. Not only did they handle all of the logistics effortlessly, but they also crafted a heartfelt ceremony script from start to finish, making the moment even more special for the couple. Their dedication and passion shine through in every wedding they plan, and they truly work tirelessly for every couple they serve.     Meg, Lynne and the entire Tie the Knot team were absolutely amazing. We had a 100-person wedding at Mount Vernon Canyon Club in Golden, Colorado. Initially when looking at coordinators my now husband, Scott, was reluctant because he wasn’t sure if we needed the help - but after seeing all of the work and help that we received from Tie The Knot he said multiple times that hiring them was “the best decision that we made for our wedding”. Some of the things that we appreciated (though I’m sure there are more that I will miss because Meg and Lynne were amazing at filtering out any minor snags so that we could focus on the day): - Initial planning: even though we only hired The the Knot for their “Month of” planning, we still received great advice on resources to try, strategies for how to make our wedding day run smoothly, suggestions for vendors that had worked well with their group previously, and also cost-saving options for things that weren’t as critical to us - Detail oriented planning: One thing that I was personally a bit overwhelmed with when I started planning was coordinating timelines of vendors (when should hair and make-up arrive? When should photography start? How early should the DJ arrive?) Meg was so helpful with getting all of the pieces in place. - Helping coordinate questions (ie saving our peace of mind): we had a lot of family involvement in planning decorations, which was very fun - but also resulted in many, many questions. On the day of, Meg flawlessly stepped in to field them - this was so important for allowing Scott and I to have some space to enjoy the day. - Helping with last minute snags: we had a few things (batteries missing from a camera, bus running a bit late) but I only heard about them tangentially. Tie The Knot handled everything perfectly. - Rentals: One added resources for tie the knot was that they have their own rental resources. We rented some table decorations and an arch - and they were gorgeous. Since they were with the company, install and cleanup were seamless. - Day-of-coordination: it’s wild that this is just one bullet point on the list (since this is why we hired them initially), but Meg and Lynne were so amazing at coordinating us on the day-of. Our timeline was down to 10-minute intervals at points (and I was not wearing a watch!) but whenever the next major event was supposed to happen (dances, toasts, etc.) she would appear and gently escort us to our next event - Clean-up/end of the night: We had a late end to our reception (11PM) but Tie the Knot planned their schedule so that they could ensure that everything was completely cleaned up and that our families could fit all of the left-over decorations in their cars. Meg also made sure that we took the shuttle back to the hotel at 11PM, so we didn’t feel pressured to help clean. Top to bottom, Tie the Knot made our wedding seamless, well-designed, as stress free as possible, and really so much fun. We would absolutely hire them again for any event.

    Working with Megan with Tie the Knot was such a great experience. I have no words. I did most of the planning but wanted someone Day-of to make sure I wasn't worrying about everything. Megan helped plan our timeline, communicated with the other vendors, set up decor at both our ceremony and reception venues, helped clean everything up, and even took pictures during the day and shared them with us. One of the things that was so incredibly helpful was Megan made sure we were drinking water during the reception. It was such a small gesture that had such a huge impact on our night. Megan and Lynn were so sweet and took all the stress away. Our special champagne flutes were misplaced during the clean up and Megan made sure that we were able to track them down post wedding. Overall, such a great experience with Tie the Knot and I would highly recommend her.

    Communication with Tie the Knot Bridal Creations was always on point, especially on the day of our wedding. Meg always made sure things were done exactly how we wanted and envisioned everything. You could really tell that they cared about doing their job really well and ensuring our day went exactly as we hoped. They contributed greatly to our special day - the setup looked beautiful, way better than we had imagined, and they were overwhelmingly willing to help with the tear down, even though our wedding party wanted to assist. We went back and forth for a long time deciding whether to hire a day-of coordinator, and we're so glad we did - a lot of our wedding party and family even bragged about the incredible job Tie the Knot Bridal Creations did.
