Proudly serving Colorado, North Carolina, and wherever you might be! The number one thing I tell clients is that something WILL go wrong on your wedding day, but I'm there to limit the chaos with backup plans. Why hiring me is the best decision for your special day: 1. I'm awesome and fun. 2. I'm good at details and bossing people around (in a nice way). Your vendors, bridal party, and family will know exactly where to be and when. 3. I am 100% team couple. I'm going to have your back and do what YOU want on your special day.
I will be your number one support person and encourager throughout the entire process. Becoming friends with my couples is my favorite part of the job. Seeing your vision come to life and giving you the best experience is my second favorite part!

Amazing experience!
Weaver Weddings and Events was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication style was prompt, direct, and efficient - they always responded quickly to any questions and kept us on a great timeline. They were easy to be around and fun to work with. Melissa helped to create and organize a shot list- which was huge and super helpful! There were great vibes all day! I would highly recommend Weaver Weddings and Events to any couple looking for a wedding planner that is a joy to work with.

Melissa perfectly nailed my vision for our wedding, and was such a pro. You can tell she is a perfectionist and knows how special this day is to a couple. Coordinating our Wedding
Melissa was absolutely amazing! She executed our wedding day vision perfectly and made the whole day stress free. We rented silk flowers (so no florist to set up) and had a good amount of decor, but she was able to handle it all! Not to mention that she even brought a kit the day of our wedding with all the little necessities you might have forgotten or need. She also had great communication with us and our vendors. Overall, we were so thankful to have Weaver Weddings and Events to make our wedding day stress free and we could not recommend them enough!
