From the signing of the contract to the day of, everyone was open and honest with pricing and plans. Our coordinator Jessica was wonderful and able to handle everything. She kept us on our time table and it did not feel rushed or that she was being pushy. She helped make it wonderful. Her assistant new to the position but was quick to pick up things and help where was needed. I could go on, but in the end it just comes down to this, Everyone had a blast and enjoyed it. PS, the food was so good, I dream about it

10 stars service at Envision! Held my son’s 500 guest wedding reception (Valima) there on 6/30/24. Christine and her team are amazing! Christine is very culturally aware and respectful of other people’s traditions ( for us it is Indo-Pak and Muslim). She has a lot of experience with this community. She is kind, professional, flexible, and stays calm under challenging situations. Every suggestion she gave was impeccable! Her team kept the food hot and kept the food coming at the buffet table. Very reasonably priced also. Highly highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful wedding at the Nahant Country Club. Yasmene and Heather were great to work with and our wedding ran incredibly smoothly. The venue itself is beautiful and unique, our guests had a great time. The prices are incredibly reasonable and we additionally received an off season discount. Their wedding packages include so much beyond the standard wedding packages including the use of the bridal suite, appetizers/champagne in the bridal suite on the wedding day, use of their (beautiful) centerpieces, a separate happy hour for the wedding party during photographs and much more. Yasmene went above and beyond on our wedding day- she even sewed my nephew's superhero mask when it broke. Many of our guests commented on how she was the best wedding coordinator they had ever seen. Overall, we are incredibly happy with our selection of the Nahant Country Club. It is a beautiful venue run by incredibly efficient and kind women!

My wedding was at Stonebridge on 9/16/2023 and we had the time of our lives. Jason and his team really made sure that myself and my husband were taken care of the whole day. Hurricane Lee came first thing in the morning but that didn't stop us. After clearing around 1, Jason and the team set up everything outside for a beautiful outdoor windy ceremony. For pictures, there team knew exactly were to take us around the property for the best photo shots. The food was excellent and they were very accommodating to our guests who had allergies.

There is truly no where like Danversport! We got married there in Sept 2023 and our expectations were blown away. The entire day ran SO smoothly. You really do not need a wedding planner at Danversport because they manage EVERYTHING!! The food was fantastic, the space was stunning and they kept the day on track! Would 10/10 recommend!!!

My wife and I got married at the Willowdale Estate in April 2024. The wedding, the staff, and the entire experience was exceptional for the entire Wedding. The beautiful venue, the ethereal vibes, the delicious food, everything was wonderful. Our guest we're talking about wedding (again the food is incredible) for many months after, and still do. Veronica our event coordinator was awesome throughout the planning process and on the day of, and didn't hesitate when we needed to pivot minor things to make the experience seamless. I could go on and on about how amazing the day was, but simply said it's an 11/10 on the scale of being spectacular. I give it my full endorsement.

Zorvino Vineyards was an amazing venue for our wedding! From the very beginning, their communication was top-notch - they were always responsive to our emails and texts, and made time to meet with us whenever we needed. They truly went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we felt taken care of throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and totally customizable to fit your vision. We loved how flexible they were in letting us personalize the space to make it our own. The only downside was that there wasn't a suite for the groom to get ready in, but the bride and bridesmaids had a lovely space to get ready. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. Zorvino Vineyards made our special day so easy and stress-free. We highly recommend booking them - you won't regret it!

Natalia is the most knowledgeable and easy person to work with. She was always there to answer our questions, hop on a call, or let us tour the venue multiple times. Natalia also has such a calm presence that is so comforting when wedding planning is so stressful. We always felt like everything would be okay after talking to her. We had a room block here for our wedding in Beverly, and hosted a brunch the day after (you have to have a catered event at the hotel in order to have a room block). Overall, our experience was pretty good. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms were beautiful. The King Suite was great to get ready in - I had 11 people getting hair and makeup done, with 4 artists, and there was enough space. Having the Regatta Pub on site was perfect for a welcome event and post-wedding spot and could easily accommodate a large influx of people. The brunch was ready to go with plenty of tasty food and drink. They also were able to hand out welcome bags when guests checked in. Kristen, who organized the room block, was extremely communicative and responsive to our emails, and helped us add rooms to our block a couple times. We are rating 4/5 stars for a couple reasons. First is that housekeeping never came to the suite to clean after we had left for the wedding, so we returned at the end of the night to all of the room-service coffee/breakfast items that had arrived at 8:30 that morning. When we called the front desk, no one answered. Secondly, while the brunch was great, they do charge a large room fee and administrative fee.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding! We wanted a venue with history, beautiful views, affordable, and only had one wedding a day -- and we got it! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning scenery and beautiful architecture. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the bartenders were so thoughtful. One brought in mint from her garden, as mojitos were my favorite drink! While there were a few moments of uncertainty and lack of communication in the planning process, it didn't take away from the magic of the day. The outdoor ceremony space was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and gorgeous views. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful everything was! Inside, the reception area was equally impressive, with plenty of room for dancing and celebrating. The food was absolutely delicious, and they offered a variety of options that everyone loved. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the decor to the service. Overall, our experience at this venue was nothing short of magical. Long Hill was a dream, it felt like a private fairy garden. Gorgeous location and the perfect size for us to take photos privately and guests to explore but not feel too far away (for wrangling from cocktail hour to dinner for example). The Long Hill staff were super communicative and responsive, sometimes a little stressful to work with as it felt like there were a number of restrictions but this really translated to a very stream-lined and well-organized wedding day as they brought up any potential issues early and then on the actual day they were super, super supportive and great to work with. They do have a list of 5 set caterers you need to work with, we were given an exception because of a dietary restriction my in-laws have (need to pay a 1000 fee), but this was tricky as Long Hill expects caterers to take on much more than just food. You'll also want to rent a dance floor (700 in the area) as the under tent area is brick. We had 115 of us total with buffet & dance floor, it was cozy & lovely but any more than 120 would feel tight to me. We were able to have a ceremony for an extra 1000 and then the reception was 5,200 for 5-10 on a Friday. In addition to the gorgeous gardens and beautiful cocktail area off the porch, we could take photos inside which was really lovely and a great break from the heat (our wedding day was 85 and VERY humid). Felt very professionally run and they worked well with my dear friend who was our day-of-coordinator and we just feel extremely grateful to have such a gorgeous location!

We cannot say enough about this place! The food was delicious and the cookies were to die for. The inn staff especially BillySue was so welcoming and kind to us. Our coordinator Julia made the day so smooth and took care of everything so that we could focus on being present on our special day. I wish we could relive this weekend over and over! Would definitely recommend to any couple that wants a barn aesthetic for their wedding. Everything was so special, well made, and unique. The Inn on Boltwood was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication style was personalized, clear, and professional from start to finish. We LOVED having our wedding at Machines with Magnets. Everything about the night and the planning was absolutely seamless. We got compliments all night (and still to this day) that the drinks were the best our guests had ever had. The cocktails are that of a thoughtful bar program — not just a wedding venue. The same goes for furniture, art, and ambience. If you're looking to avoid the generic wedding venue vibe, look no further. Machines with Magnets is the type of place you want to go grab a drink or hang out for the night — not a large wedding venue created to churn and burn events. We loved that we were able to bring in our own vendors from all over, rather than having to stick to a small list. There's also a beautiful apartment attached to the venue that we chose to add-on, which was a great thing to have to get ready and store our belongings. Would highly recommend using the projector!

We had our wedding at Steeple Hall earlier this month and we have not stopped hearing the rave reviews about Nik and the team at Steeple hall. First Zola review! The short and sweet review of this venue is that it was perfect. If it’s details you’re looking for, then we have those for you too. Prior to getting engaged, we had discussed what our ideal wedding day would look like and had both agreed that a mountain-top ceremony was what we both envisioned. For the moment we turned into the Pat’s Peak parking lot and saw the beautifully maintained grounds, rustic ski-village inspired buildings, and cozy lodge we had a feeling we had found our wedding venue. The wedding team at Pat’s Peak was incredible to work with, helping us through every single step and answering every question we threw their way. A huge standout to us as a couple was how accommodating they were of our requests and the level of personal touches we were permitted to do which made our day extra special. While it is of course important to hear what the bride and groom thought of the venue, an aspect we’d like to add to this review is what our guests thought. It’s been two weeks exactly since our wedding at Pat’s Peak and we’re still receiving non-stop compliments from our guests on the venue we chose. We opted for the summit ceremony and we will remember that chairlift ride and view from the top as we got married for the rest of our lives. The weather was perfect for us (which we know is not always the case) but a BIG reason we picked Pat’s Peak is because we liked the weather back up options that were provided to us. Our guests RAVED about the chairlift ride to the top for the ceremony and the scenic ride down for the reception. Special call out here for the lift operators who went above and beyond to be friendly and genuinely excited for our big day. As the bride and groom, we loved the ability to set up lawn games like giant Jenga and cornhole on the deck that provided the perfect environment for guests to enjoy a cocktail, mingle, and connect during cocktail hour and the reception. We opted for a buffet style meal, which provided more than enough food for our guest count of around 100. Everything from the apps, buffet dinner, s’mores bar and ice cream sundae bar was absolutely delicious. To wrap this review up, we’d like to call out Pat’s Peak staff including Brigid and Mary Beth. These two (including our bartenders, and the rest of the amazing staff) worked tirelessly in perfect coordination with our vendors to make sure our day was completely perfect and ran smoothly. We cannot thank them enough for all their help and hard work. Prior to our wedding, we had no connection or tie to Pat’s Peak but now, it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. If you’re considering Pat’s Peak and looking for a quaint, rustic, and inexplicably cozy wedding venue, we’ve found it.

We cannot recommend Hotel Providence enough. Due to the pandemic and issues with our previous venue, we switched to the hotel with only 3 months to plan. Kate and her team went above and beyond for us - from planning to the actual day, they were there every step of the way. They made a very stressful time easy. In addition to this, the venue itself is beautiful and the food was delicious (received many compliments on this). And how easy for our guests to be in and stay in one place?! We already miss this day and the team. If you’re looking for a place - whether for a micro wedding now or sometime in the future, you won’t have regrets choosing Hotel Providence.

We loved having our wedding at the Ballroom at Providence G! The space was very upscale and elegant. It looked fantastic in photos, and it felt great in person too. We also really enjoyed working with the staff at the venue. We worked hand-in-hand with several different people, and each person was organized, kind, and detail-oriented. And even though we talked with multiple people throughout the planning process, everything was very cohesive and all of our requests were honored (with no exceptions whatsoever). We also enjoyed having our cocktail hour on the Rooftop at the Providence G. The vibes up there were immaculate, and we also loved the appetizers and drinks. Additionally, we received several compliments from our guests on the location. Everyone took advantage of how the venue is in the heart of downtown Providence to spend some time enjoying the city. Just a Girl Events had the pleasure of working here for a small wedding. The venue is amazing! With 3 onsite areas that would be considered suites it is perfect to host your wedding party from the evening before to the day after. The studio space itself is beautiful with gabled ceilings and a beautiful floor with a brick inlay that is of the original design. The outdoor spacing can host a small area for cocktails with great ambiance or just a courtyard to hang out. The staff at the Villa went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most relaxed and beautiful wedding day ever! Wedding planning was daunting to us, so we were looking for a venue that checked a lot of boxes for us (outdoor ceremony area, alcohol, food). Having a wedding coordinator in addition to all that was SO helpful. Our coordinator Serena was very responsive with the many questions I emailed her, and took care of coordinating with all of our outside vendors. Our day-of event managers Julie and Dave worked so hard to make sure that my husband and I didn't have to stress or lift a finger on our big day. In addition to how beautiful the venue was, I highly recommend any of the Sapphire Event Group venues to couples who, like us, were very overwhelmed with the wedding planning process and didn't know how/where to start. They clearly have this process down to a science!!!

My husband and I got married at Crestwood April 2024 and from the moment I met the wedding coordinator Melany and toured Crestwood for the first time I knew I would be getting married there. The venue is beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were all friendly. (Plus my husband was happy to be getting married on a golf course) During the planning process Melany was available and very responsive when I had any questions. She was also open and honest about the wedding planning process and I always felt like I was just chatting with a friend through the year leading up to the wedding. On the day of the staff was very attentive to our needs in the bridal suite and were readily available with any questions or logistics I needed to sort out. I do not have one negative thing to say about my experience with Crestwood and if I could I would re-live the day again exactly how it was which was perfection! Thank you Crestwood for making our day a dream come true!

As soon as we toured Union Station Banquets, my parents, fiance, and I all agreed that it was the perfect venue. The architecture is beautiful, the layout is easy for guests, and there are unique historical touches to make it special. The packages are surprisingly affordable and met our needs. What we didn't discover until later was how amazing the coordinator, Neil, and his staff are. They are truly professionals. They are responsive to inquiries, extremely organized, and just altogether on top of things. They took care of everything for us, making planning and executing the wedding day a breeze. The day went off without a hitch and we are still receiving so many compliments from guests about how great their experience was. I really can't imagine going through the whole wedding process without Neil and his team; it would have been so overwhelming, especially since I don't have as much time as the average bride to devote to wedding planning and coordinating all the little nuances involved. We did splurge on the Asian Station and the ice cream sundae/coffee bar, both were big hits and really helped to keep the party flowing for adults and kids alike. We would recommend Union Station Banquets to anyone, amazingly through a year of working together to coordinate our day we don't have a single negative comment to make about them, they are outstanding!
