With a seated dinner of 86 guests, or a standing cocktail hour of up to 120, both traditional and unconventional events are sure to Wow. With one event per weekend, we are able to put our full attention on making your special day flawless. The Worcester Art Museum offers Event Specialists who will help you plan and execute every step of the way. Working from a healthy list of cooperating vendors, the Event Specialist helps guide you to use the Museum at its full potential. With the respect of the Museum and collection being priority, an event in this unique atmosphere can help you make a philanthropic footprint on the community.

Old World Grandeur of the Rennaissance Court

Guests can enjoy food and cocktails surrounded by the splendor of architecture and ancient artworks. The central Mosaic depicting a Roman Celebration brings the event back in time to an era of sophistication and opulence.

Balcony

Gaze out over the Balcony at your guests, descend the grand staircase with the regal pomp.

This Balcony holds up to 86 guests seated for dinner wrapped around the Rennaissance Court. It allows for a separation between cocktail hour and dinner, dinner and dancing. A great way to see all of your guests and be a focal point while still maintaining an intimate setting.

Chapter House

Warm, intimate, romantic, quaint. This small space is the most picturesque location.

This room is a 12th century meeting place for monks with its gothic arches and stained-glass windows. It was moved stone by stone from France to the Museum and reassembled. Feel the history just standing in front of its fireplace. Dine inside a piece of art. Express your love in the most exquisite way, symbolically surrounded by the strength of the stones it was built with.

More casual styled, less costly, while still making an impact of being in a Museum

This former cafe space allows for a more subdued experience. Seating just as many guests, it is an excellent alternate space for a cocktail party or a rehearsal dinner, as well as a full reception.
