Rancho Bellasanté is a private estate located on a 122 acre working ranch. We have acres of beautiful lemon and avocado groves and gorgeous vineyards. Our location offers privacy but is also conveniently located less than 10 miles from the city of Temecula, CA. In 2021 our daughter got married on the estate. We had guests from all over, and the event was a huge success. We had so many positive responses, and requests for other weddings, that we decided to open our doors to the public. The Rancho Buena Vista Adobe was originally a wedding gift from the first property owner Felipe Subria. Subria’s daughter, Maria de la Garcia, married an American soldier, William B. Dunn, who was a private in General Kearny’s army. Subria gifted the property to William and Maria for $1 in exchange for a promise to care for him and for the ranch. We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.
