Our beautiful Hilltop Villa Estate is one of a kind. The Villa features a beautiful estate home with four rooms and 11 beds set up in a unique and classy way that will awe your wedding guests. You will have the estate for two nights and have a destination wedding to relax. With over 20,000 Square feet of usable space from the interior to exterior nothing has been forgotten when making this a dream wedding venue. You have to see it to truly admire its beauty

    We had the most amazing experience with CRC. From the beginning, Tracey and her staff were so helpful and made planning our wedding so easy. The entire ranch is beautiful and they did a great job making our vision come to life. The day of, the whole staff was so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of and stress free. It was the perfect place to get married and we would choose CRC a million times over!

    We recently hosted our daughter’s wedding at CRC Ranch in Temecula on a beautiful 71-degree January day. It was an amazing experience! Our family and the Groom’s family were able to stay on site at the Villa and Cottages for several days. It was a great way to be together and made for a festive weekend. It was fun that there was a rodeo on site the same weekend – great entertainment for all. The grassy ceremony lawn and stage with archway were an ideal setting, and were so conveniently located next to the Ranch House and Bunk House where the wedding party got ready. The outside cocktail area and reception Barn were steps away and exactly the rustic elegance and charm our daughter envisioned. In spite of recent high winds in the area, it was clean and beautiful. The staff at CRC were extremely helpful and organized. They took time in the months ahead of the wedding to capture the vision and then they skillfully set up, directed the flow of the event, and cleaned up for us! The venue’s recommended florist, caterer, and photographer were top notch. Shout out especially to Tracey, and also to Leslie and Nick for making this an outstanding event. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended! It exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend CRC Ranch to anyone wishing to host a wedding!!

    I just got married at CRC Ranch last week and I can't say enough amazing words about this place and the team. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and I heard from so many guests about how great of a venue it was and how they've never been to a wedding like that before and how much fun it was. Not only do the staff completely bring our vision to life, but made it even better than we could've imagined. Traecy and her team were a dream to work with and made planning everything stress-free and easy. They were so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I cannot recommend CRC Ranch enough. During the whole planning process, I didn't feel like you're working with a venue you feel like you're working with family that's trying to help give you the best wedding of your dreams. I highly, highly recommend booking your wedding and any special events with them!

    I was just recently married in June of 2024 and I. Chose California Ranch Company as my wedding venue. I had visited many different wedding venues from packages, to total DIY, to garden scenery versus barn scenery, etc. It was a long process, but my husband and I decided to go with CRC during our first tour of the grounds. There a beautiful variety of nature, scenic outlooks, and character on this property and it’s paired with a comfortable farm style environment. The three most important factors for my wedding was allowing enough room for my guests to walk around without feeling restricted, a green/natural environment that photographs well, and a comfortable area where my guests can let loose and have fun. Oh and a barn. This venue checked all of my boxes out of the gate. I loved getting to see the horses and farm life on the property, many of which made an appearance in my photos. The packages were also very reasonable for someone wanting to save money with a DIY wedding but doesn’t want to start from the ground up. I had all my personal vendors chosen based on preference, but the venue was already set up to host guests. It was a perfect happy medium. I also want to make a point of noting how helpful and amazing the staff members are at CRC. It felt very warm and comfortable collaborating with the team and they went out of their way to make our jobs planning easier. Tracey was my personal coordinator and she made sure that my wedding day went through without a hitch. I am beyond happy with my experience at the venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a western barn themed wedding filled with personal touches of character.
