We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

Sunset Landing welcomes you to our serene family farm! We are situated on 50 beautiful acres in Wilmington, Ohio. Our property boasts breathtaking views of our 3 acre pond, lush wooded area, and the best sunsets in town! We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! Snow Hill brings rustic charm with loads of history. Our main ballroom is stunning with a beautiful wooden dance floor and fire place on one side and panoramic views overlooking the golf course on the opposite side. We offer a beautiful outdoor ceremony setup as well as use of course grounds for the best wedding pictures! Indoor reception for people to have a blast on the dance floor! Snow Hill is unique with its historic charm and is a one of a kind venue. We offer fun add-ons like fireworks, a sparkler exit or a s’mores bar to make your wedding even more spectacular! Why The Mercantile Our goal is to provide you as the newlyweds, a stress-free + relaxing experience. We offer a fully staffed venue including parking attendants, a day-of venue manager, and other team members to make your day as smooth as possible! When you plan your wedding with us you gain access to our curated inventory to build your centerpieces and other décor at no additional charge! Our team does all of the set-up of tables + chairs including tear down. All we ask is that you gather your personal belongings. Our Vintage Warehouse + Barn Built by The Ohio Farm Bureau to house grain and farm materials in the early 1960's. This historic warehouse is located on 3-acres complete with string lights + French inspired chandeliers.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
