WHERE do I begin!? My mom and I thought we could plan my wedding ourselves but we quickly realized we needed help and that is where Kari came in. We met with a few other planners who we were not loving before meeting with Kari and we were immediately drawn in to her warm, calming and wonderful nature. She is queen and I mean QUEEN planner and our wedding weekend was 10/10 perfect all around solely because of her and her team. Kari made wedding planning...which can be so stressful and overwhelming, feel so easy, manageable and FUN. My family, fiancee and I felt so taken care of and safe in her hands I cannot begin to describe how important it was to not worry AT ALL wedding weekend because Kari had it on lock. She was such a calm presence in the wedding weekend frenzy that I was so grateful for. She was always there to answer my millions of questions and made us feel seen, heard and understood. She took our vision and made it come to life, working with our vendors to ensure our weekend was everything we wanted. Your wedding planner is THE most important person on your wedding weekend (besides your S.O. heheh) so you want someone wonderful, kind hearted, fun, present, organized, calm and someone who just gets it...and that's Kari!!! Kastina coordinated our June 9 wedding at Silverwood Park. We booked her for Day of Services and I'd book her and the team again with out hesitating. Kastina was easy to talk with, quickly understood my level of interest and brings deep knowledge to the process. She figured out our timeline, consulted with me before we finalized invitations and the website and then took care of all the details. Kastina made our day-of signage and seating charts at a very affordable price too and they looked fantastic. At two weeks before the wedding Kastina began managing all vendor communication. Many of the vendors commented to me that Kastina's timeline was the most useful they'd seen. Both us and our family thought the document was great too. Because of Kastina's work we did not have to manage any details day off including giving out tips, setting up signage or any part of take down. Even if the venue has a day of coordinator, hiring Kastina removed so much of the advance thinking and all the logistic execution and communication for me and my family. Without Kastina's expertise, skills and work I would not have enjoyed the wedding. My advice to any couple marrying is to spend the money on hiring Kastina as your coordinator so you and your guests have a well executed, thoughtful day and you are able to be present.

She contacted all the vendors, lined up deliveries, set up and decorated, ran rehearsal, cleaned up and packed everything up and kept the timeline on point. It was a hectic day as there were numerous large events happening at the same time/day as our wedding. Vendors had issues with traffic and parking and multiple were late and she was able to smooth things out to where we barely noticed any delays or any hiccups in our day. She made our day stress free and enjoyable! The best purchase I made for our wedding was hiring Anderson & Co. Weddings!

I went with Prestige Planning for my wedding planner because of the ease of use. I met with my certified wedding planner before I booked and she was amazing and explained the whole process. I knew I could plan my own wedding but I’m not a pro at all so I knew I would need a lot of help. I didn’t want to spend the money on a full wedding planner so going this route was absolutely perfect. They were with me every step of the way. I especially liked the SOS calls they give because I needed them to assist with a vendor I was having an issue with. I knew I was going to need help with logistics and stuff on the actual day of my wedding because I wouldn’t have time to do so, so I added the coordination add on to my package. So I got my wedding planned with major help from an actual certified planner and coordination for my wedding day for less than others are charging for just coordination. Just go for it. You will not be disappointed at all! They really went above and beyond and did more for me than what they had outlined they would do. I got more than my money worth.

Originally we had hired Allison for our stationery. As soon as I found out she was a wedding planner I couldn't wait to hire her to help plan our special day! She seriously was amazing from the start. She made me feel at ease and like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders just from our first conversation. Allison answered all of my emails fast and professional no matter how small my question was or if it was the 10th email that week. As it got closer to the wedding I was so glad she was there and so hands on because there were tons of little details I did not even think of. The day of the wedding she was beyond amazing. She handled all of our vendors and even our family. She had everything under control which left us to enjoy our special day. It was such a stress free day! I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. I cannot recommend Steph enough. She is wonderful and sweet and kind and I cannot believe I found her! We could not have done it without her.

I was that person that did not think I needed a wedding planner! I decided last minute I needed one and I had interviewed 4 people and Christena was the only one that made me feel comfortable! Christena helped keep me organized, in control, and confident that I would be able to get through this! She brought things to my attention that I had no clue I needed to do. During the rehearsal dinner she got everyone in line and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. The day of the wedding Christena and her assistant Jill knew literally handled everything from making sure my vision was brought to life, to making sure everything ran accordingly to plan, and making sure all items that were mine were organized and set aside for my family to gather at the end of the night. If there is one decision you must make for your wedding, you must hire Sholeh as your wedding planner or coordinator. Sholeh is everything that every good planner should be. She is organized, thoughtful, flexible, down-to-earth, detail oriented, solution oriented, and extremely kind. She was recommended to us by our wedding venue and to say we were not disappointed would be the understatement of the century. Initially, we hired Sholeh for half-day coordination services, and planned to have the in-house reception planner handle the remainder of the day. But when the venue coordinator fell through, we immediately called Sholeh in a panic and she said, "Don't worry, consider me your full-day coordinator now." She hardly even charged us a substantial upcharge for planning the entire day. On the day of the wedding, she truly felt like family. She arrived on-time, with her wagon full of supplies, ready and eager to help. She made sure everyone was fed, went out of her way to spend quality time with the mother of the bride and bride's sister, and executed every detail to perfection. She even sewed one of the groom's cousins back into her dress at the reception. Sholeh is a dream come true. We could truly write pages about how wonderful she truly is.
