The best wedding planner in Minnesota. Hands down. When we started working with Kastina she quickly became our guide, voice of reason, sounding board, wrangler, coach, and dear friend. She understands the emotional stress that goes into planning your wedding and lightens the load by taking the reigns so you can enjoy the process. Kastina and her team made the entire process, even the hard parts, so fun and memorable. Connecting with her was more than a contract, she became part of our world and is forever a friend. You will not regret investing in this woman-owned business to make the best day of your life even greater.

Kastina is a great wedding planner who is a joy to work with. She’s responsive, professional, and fun. Her knowledge of the industry and vendors is extremely helpful. We cannot recommend her enough. We were planning our wedding from a different state and had absolutely no vision of what we wanted. She helped us figure out what we wanted and then made it real. She connected us with vendors she trusted, all of whom did an awesome job. Almost every vendor and venue we talked to knew and loved her. She has great connections and advice on the industry. It was a huge comfort to have her keeping us on track during planning. She guided us through the whole process and made sure everything got done on time. We didn’t have to worry if we had forgotten anything or were doing work out of order. The day-of help was great. We had no anxiety the day of the wedding. Everything ran smoothly and on time because of her planning and organization. But she was also willing to let us take a minute to run off if we wanted to see someone or take a few extra minutes at any time. Thank you, Kastina!

Kastina & Co were a delight to work with and helped to create the wedding day that was more than I ever dreamed of! The planning process was smooth and Kastina's positive personality, advice and suggestions, and obvious knowledge of what it takes to throw an amazing event made the experience absolutely incredible. The day-of was seamless and everything was honestly beautiful, magical and perfect. It would not have been possible without Kastina and her team. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Kastina and her team made the wedding planning process totally stress free. She was always available for questions and felt such relief after each of our pre planning meetings because of her and her teams organization and planning skills. The day of the wedding, Kastina’s team, Lauren, Tory and Sammi, were so organized and made sure the day flowed effortlessly. I know I did not have to worry about a single thing with them around on the day of. Many of our guests commented how well the day went. One guest told me it was like watching a movie with how everything flowed together. Another guest said she had never been to a wedding where nothing went wrong. Maybe nothing went wrong and maybe something did. Bottom line was if anything did, our guests didn’t know and neither did we. For that we are grateful to this talented team! Not only are they all so very good at their jobs, but they were also very kind, supportive and positive throughout the entire day and did everything in their power to ensure the day went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend working with Kastina and Co for your wedding, you will not regret it!
