Your Little Details offers a wide range of services including onsite full-service planning and coordinating, assistance-based packages with no onsite services, as well as invitations and paper goods! We have 7 years combined experience and 3 certifications. We would love to hear about your plans for your special day!

We like to make ourselves available to all of our clients. When you book a package with us, we don't limit you on how often you can chat with us. We offer unlimited calls or emails during the planning process, meaning from the time you sign the contract and pay the deposit, until the day of (sometimes even after!) you can contact us and ask questions during our normal business hours!

Description

The perfect package for the couple that would like guidance and professional assistance throughout the entire wedding planning process. We'll always have two planners on site for your big day, to make sure everything runs smoothly and your day goes to plan! We also offer unlimited emails and phone calls during office hours, throughout the duration of your planning process - no meeting time limits here!

For the couple that has started the planning process, but would like additional assistance. Access to our planning system for RSVP tracking, checklist reminders, budget planning, contract revision, vendor payment coordination and reminders, and more! Month of planning, overall coordination of your day of plan with 2 planners on site. Unlimited emails and phone calls during office hours, throughout the duration of your planning process.

Our minimum for traveling to any of our marked destinations is $5,000 - you can choose from any of our packages listed (Coordination, Partial Planning and Full Service Planning), and the minimum includes our travel/stay fees. Locations may vary, if you're getting married in a location outside of our "travel range" listed on our Zola Profile!

For the couple that has planned their event, but would like someone to manage the details for a stress free day. 2 Months of planning, overall coordination, attendance at rehearsal, ceremony, and reception until dancing begins (8-10 hours onsite). 2 planners on site the day of your wedding. Unlimited emails and phone calls during office hours, throughout the duration of your planning process.

    Originally we had hired Allison for our stationery. As soon as I found out she was a wedding planner I couldn't wait to hire her to help plan our special day! She seriously was amazing from the start. She made me feel at ease and like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders just from our first conversation. Allison answered all of my emails fast and professional no matter how small my question was or if it was the 10th email that week. As it got closer to the wedding I was so glad she was there and so hands on because there were tons of little details I did not even think of. The day of the wedding she was beyond amazing. She handled all of our vendors and even our family. She had everything under control which left us to enjoy our special day. It was such a stress free day! She made the day so much more enjoyable for us! We could not have imagined our day without her. It was the best decision we made. She's absolutely the best at what she does!

    Allison was an absolute godsend when it came to helping me with all the last minute details of our wedding day. We had her as a “month of coordinator” and she instantly sprung into action with seating charts, contacting vendors, and any last minute thing I needed help with. Not to mention the day of the wedding she was such a gem. I was able to relax and enjoy my morning while she made my vision come to life on the venue floor. She didn’t stop there though we did constant check ins, if I needed anything at any point she was right there for us. Our day truly could not have gone off as smooth as it did without her right there to keep us on track. We would recommend her to any couple looking for wedding coordinating; any day!

    Allison is wonderful! Where to start, she is very personable and professional, has experience and knowledge that goes beyond the scope of just your wedding, plus she has an eye for little details! Allison is helpful and calm when it comes to the most stressful situations, she makes sure everything in your vision comes to life. There will always be bumps and hiccups on your wedding day, but with Allison, you would never know!
