One night, four sisters-in-law got together and shared their love for weddings. The idea of Four Belles Wedding & Event Services was created! Each one has had their own wedding, has been involved with family and friends’ weddings, and has a strong passion for weddings. They may not all have continued to be involved with Four Belles Wedding and Event Services, but the Belles on this team have all the passion and dedication it takes to ensure all the little details of your event are executed to perfection.

We take pride in the work and services we provide to each of our couples. We get to know them a little on a personal level and we feel that helps us bring their wedding to life. Coordinating a wedding isn't a job for us because we love every aspect of it. We work hard and our passion for weddings is shown at each of our weddings.

Belles of the Ball Package: - Frequent contact with coordinator - Coordinate vendor and follow-up throughout; - Specific errands and attendance at tastings and meetings as needed - Free rental of anything in our rental inventory - Everything included in our With Belles On package - Two "Belles" the day of

Kiss and Belle Package: - At least monthly contact with coordinator - Specific errands and attendance at tasting or meetings as needed - Connect with vendors and follow-up throughout, greet and help set up the day-of - Invitations/Programs – design, order, assemble, mail merge, and track RSVPs (Package doesn’t include cost of materials or printing) - Free rental of our inventory - Everything included in With Belles On package

Two packages: Saved by the Belle: - Two "Belles" on site up to 15 hours - Set up and tear down of ceremony/reception venues - Wedding detail packet - Distribute flowers - Coordinate bridal party - Set out dessert and/or late night snack/food - Distribute final payments - Rehearsal the day before up to 1 hour; With Belles On package for $1300: - Everything included in Saved by the Belle package plus up to 4 hours of set up the day before

    We had the best time at our wedding with the help of the Four Belles team! Jackie was very organized and communicated with each of our vendors leading up to the wedding to make sure all the logistics and details were set for the day. The day of our wedding we were so grateful to be truly present and enjoy each moment knowing the Jackie and Michelle had everything under control and managed so many behind the scenes details that made our day run smoothly! We greatly enjoyed working with Four Belles and would highly recommend them. We felt they went above and beyond to make sure our families could enjoy the whole wedding day without a worry. Thank you to Jackie and Michelle for all that you do!

    Hiring Four Belles (Michelle and Jackie) for our wedding was one of the BEST decisions we ever made. They made the weeks leading up to, night before, and day of so extremely stress free. From helping verify all our vendors for us, help with ALL of decorating, and the little things here and there like bar changes and helping with slideshows, catering and more. And when we had a lunch mishap they were so amazing and ran to a local grocer to get the groomsmen lunch when our plan A needed a plan B. I am SOOOO eternally grateful for them! And on top of it, they are just genuinely kind and thoughtful people who are there for you. The day seriously would not have been as amazing as it was without them. It was also so great to support a local business out of Central MN! 10000/10 recommend Jackie and the Four Belles team!!

    I was so relaxed the day of because Bridgette took care of everything. She helped me create a timeline and stick to it. She coordinated with all of our vendors. She set up and took down all of our decor and seating. And SO MUCH MORE. I cannot fully put into words how grateful I am for everything Bridgette did, and she did it all with a calm and grace that I was blown away by. I also had several other vendors go out of their way to tell me how much they liked working with Bridgette.

    I had the chance to work with Michelle at a wedding this fall, and she blew me away with how on top of everything she was! Not only did she take amazing care of the bride, groom, family, and bridal party, but she was quick to help me as one of the photographers any time something came up. She even made sure to set aside a hot dinner for me when the night got crazy so that I could eventually have something to eat (and she managed to keep it warm for me too!). Michelle is organized, positive, and easy to work with, and I hope we will have the chance to work together again soon!
