“Teyanna an her team went above and beyond for my wedding. My family stressed me out during the process and my mom was very overbearing but Teyanna made sure to make her feel included in the planning process; which I really appreciated. Teyanna kept me on track with my budget ensuring I didn’t overspend as sometimes I like things that are outside of my financial reach. She never tried to force her will on me and always made sure what I wanted was at the forefront. On the wedding day, I arrived to the bridal suite at the venue and there was already breakfast there waiting for me and my bridesmaids and hair and makeup team. The groom and team had food and drinks also even though they arrived much later. “Words cannot define the worth and joy it was to have Kawania and her team be a part of my wedding day. She was a constant advocate for our needs and budget throughout the process, being realistic at every turn. What I know now is that what you get with Kawania is experience and know-how of the industry. She has planned several weddings and events before and knows how to troubleshoot mishaps that may happen on the wedding day in real time. She understands that the day of the event is a special moment for everyone involved and she knows not to bring stress to the wedding party and to allow them to live in the moment. At subsequent weddings, I have felt that my friends needed this approach with their planners on their wedding day/weekend. I, being their guest or in their bridal party felt the disorganization that their planners or self-planning brought. This was not the case with Kawania. We had glowing comments about our wedding day for even a year after and how it was not just a ceremony but a day of entertainment. She is an excellent communicator. We had regular meetings throughout the year, about once a week. I have seen my friends have wedding planners who do not get back to them for several days after they have a question about their wedding. Kawania brought my vendors to me instead of me having to look for vendors on my own and when one did not work she always had another one that could take the place. She set up meetings with me and my vendors one-on-one and reviewed all of our vendor contracts to make sure that we were getting a fair contract and that expectations for the vendor and for us were both reasonable and what we were looking for. Being a very busy working professional I appreciated that Kawania went above and beyond to make sure that I stayed on the schedule and was extremely patient when there were moments when I could not. I value how she brought my vision to life and had such great attention to small details that my day was exceptional. I have seen my guests feature elements of my wedding at their subsequent events and it speaks to how she was able to set the bar high for what a classy and unique event should be. Far beyond a wedding planner, she has become someone that I keep in contact with after the wedding. She even checked in on me when there was a major catastrophic event that took place in the area where I lived months after the wedding. There were even moments when I became uncertain or stressed and focused on the wrong thing when it came to my wedding. “My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!”

She gave THE BEST recommendations for a florist and baker, and she helped us stay connected with all of our vendors. We loved that she was familiar with many, if not all, of our vendors already. She was incredibly kind, and literally brought all of the ideas we had in our heads to life. She also shared great ideas, such as using a polaroid camera for our guests to add photos to our guestbook. This was a hit at our wedding! It was also so fun and special for us to look through the polaroid photos. We are also grateful that she reminded us to order food to snack on while getting ready on wedding day. From color-coded vendor timelines, to tablescapes, cake plates, wedding favors, flatlay photos, hand-lettered paper elements, velvet ring boxes, playlists of music, the list goes on! Jami truly leaves no design detail unturned and her thorough questions for your preferences will surprise and delight you. When your most special day finally arrives there is no one better suited to orchestrate your celebration of love. Jami remains completely calm and graceful no matter the circumstance. People may tell you “no wedding is without hiccups” but when I think back to my wedding, I don’t recall those because Jami swiftly handles it! She set tables to perfection, moved seating, fetched Coke Zero (my husband’s strict beverage of choice!), snapped Polaroids for our guest book, primped and prepped me as needed, wiped mascara smudges and veil fluffed, even going as far to stitch rips in my heirloom wedding gown mid-reception!
