I've worked with couples all over the state of Virginia crafting their perfect day, and I'm excited to meet you and help you on your wedding journey!

Tate + Co was founded by a fashion industry professional, so the eye for design is paramount, as well as attention to detail. No stone goes unturned to create the perfect event for our couples. We take immense pride in our work, so anything less than extraordinary is unacceptable!

We used Tate Co to coordinate our wedding in April, and we could not be happier with this decision! From our first phone call, it was evident how dedicated, thorough and energized Madi is when coordinating a wedding. She was extremely responsive to my millions of questions and was able to provide guidance and suggestions on things I was unsure about. Madi created our extensive, and sometimes complicated, timeline and kept us on track all day. We were completely stress-free leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. That is all due to Madi and her team’s diligence, attention to detail, organization and professionalism. I cannot put into words how thankful we are for the Tate Co team. Our day would not have been the same without them!

Madi is a master planner. Her personality makes her just so fun to work with and everything is so organized and seamless start to finish! I think what really makes her shine is the thought she puts into all the details. She thought of ideas that never crossed my mind that ended up pulling the entire event together. I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone who wants a great wedding without all the stress!

I love planning and working on rehearsal dinners and showers. Please mention your need for those services during our consult, and I'd be happy to create your dream event!

We will spend about three hours together in meetings preparing for the big day. When your wedding day comes, my team and I are on site for approximately 10 hours. We don't cap the number of hours we work on a particular day, but instead let the wedding needs dictate how many hours we work.

You will be working with me, Madi Valine, the Tate + Co founder. I have a team of trained assistants ready to work the day with me. Each package comes with a minimum of one assistant, but we can add on more assistants if the needs dictate it.

Yes and No. Yes, I coordinate your day! I'm on site with my team for about 10 hours to create your perfect day. No, in the sense that there is so much more work that goes into preparing for your day! We spend 30-40 hours preparing for your wedding day before the actual day comes around! We couldn't just show up to the day that you've been planning for months and expect to know how to make it work beautifully! We work with you to help craft all of the details.
