This lush landscape serves to enhance a couple’s wedding theme and is complete with a refurbished courtyard and barn. The Brothers Ranch has multiple ceremony and reception areas to choose from, both inside and out. In addition, there is a bar, full kitchen, and designated dressing rooms, along with the sensory-indulging gardens. Up to 500 people can gather at this venue. Soon-to-be-weds can choose their own caterer to be approved by the ranch, allowing the pair to customize their day to their tastes and preferences. Parking is available, with overflow as well. There is only one event planned per day, and the couple has the day before and after the event for setting and cleaning up. The staff is eager to help couples achieve the wedding day they have always wanted!

We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding! The ceremony lawn is absolutely gorgeous, and it was surreal to be married surrounded by lush flowers and towering bamboo. The reception space is beautiful and modern looking with beautiful lighting and an abundance of plants that make the area feel so warm and inviting. During the event and well after, our guests were gushing over how unique and picturesque our venue was! Our absolutely favorite part of the venue was working with Jonathan and Jessie! They are so down to earth, sweet and incredibly accommodating and felt like instant friends. If you are on the fence on hiring the Wedding Crashers, DO IT! They were a huge hit with our guests and now my husband and I are plotting ways to get some goats of our own! 10/10 Recommend having your wedding at The Brothers Ranch! You will have incredible pictures and beautiful memories that will last a lifetime!

I would absolutely recommend this venue for couples who want to streamline the planning process but not compromise on quality.

We really wanted a meaningful ceremony that felt true to us, was deeply ritualistic and connected to nature, and yet not religious or too gendered/ traditional. Further, our officiant is originally not from the United States, and wedding culture is quite different in her home country- we wanted to best support her to confidently create and deliver a ceremony that would seal our marriage. Mischa walked us through every step with kindness and patience, offering great ideas but mostly, prompting us with ideas, structure, and thoughtful questions to encourage us to think outside the box to create a meaningful ceremony. This October, I worked with Elope in Monterey to have a small wedding with my immediate family in attendance. I feel so unbelievably lucky that Catherine was my photographer! I showed up to my wedding without ever meeting Catherine, but her warmth and friendliness made me feel comfortable immediately. As someone who is pretty shy in front of the camera (same goes for my partner), I was surprised by how comfortable I felt in front of Catherine's lens. She really let us be ourselves and joyfully captured all the silliness that makes us who we are. I also really appreciated her helpful directions and tips for posing, which she always delivered kindly. Catherine really made us feel like she was so happy to be there and for me, that really made my experience so pleasant and memorable! Even though our package only included 60 minutes of photography, she never made us feel rushed and she really went the extra mile to get us a large variety of shots and made sure we had many photos in various configurations of our group! I've received our photos, and they are stunning! I cannot thank Catherine enough for capturing the joy of our special day!

We just completed a large wedding with Tom and his super crew. We provided the catering and they handled the bar. Even though they had a huge rush for the bar Tom and his crew where able to fill the orders fast and efficiently while keeping a happy and friendly demeanor. At one point one of there staff offered us help if we needed. Great to see a crew that is doing everything possible to help teh event as a whole run smooth for the host. Glad to work with Tom and crew anytime!

Flora Review From the moment we stumbled upon Flora Gibson’s portfolio, we were instantly captivated by her ability to capture raw emotion and breathtaking scenery. It was in that moment that our search for the perfect photographer was at an end. From our initial interactions with Flora, we felt an immediate sense of ease and connection. Her warm and friendly demeanor put us at ease, making it effortless to discuss our vision for our elopement. We still don’t know how she managed to do it, but she somehow made us beginners look like we were seasoned models, as if we had done photoshoots many times prior. Her genuine enthusiasm and passion for her craft were infectious, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of the shoot. She was able to draw out the most intimate moments of our embraces and capture them so effortlessly. When we received the photos from Flora, with expediency, we were absolutely blown away. Each image beautifully encapsulated the essence of our elopement, from the tender moments shared between us to the breathtaking vistas of Big Sur. Flora’s keen eye for detail and her ability to capture the raw emotions that unfolded during the day were truly remarkable. It was as if she had transformed our love story into a visual masterpiece. Many of those who have seen our photos have made comments about them looking as if they came straight out of the cover of a romance novel. There are no words to describe just how we felt reminiscing our elopement. Tears of gratitude, joy, and love have often been shed looking back on that November day. We hired Dina to be our wedding planner and it was the single best decision we made for our wedding. We called a few different vendors and Dina immediately stood out because she was the only one who was willing to actually give us a true consultation to ensure we were on the same page with what we wanted. She also didn't require us to pay her any money up front. In fact, she didn't request any money from us until maybe a month or two in? And even then, it was a minimal deposit. Point is, her vibe is that of someone who understands the stress of wedding planning for the bride and groom so she makes you feel like she wants to earn your trust and do everything right before she asks for your business. Leading up to the wedding, friends and family would ask us if we were stressed or ask us how the wedding planning was going. Our answer would always be, "you know what... we don't have anything to do lol." And that was the truth. Dina made the entire process come together so seamlessly for us, during a pandemic no less, when so many vendors were backed up. When we saw the venue in it's final form for the first time, our jaws dropped. Even to this day we love recalling comments from guests on how beautiful the venue was. During the actual wedding, she stayed the WHOLE night for us and even brought an assistant. Leading up to the wedding we were not expecting that! She helped to orchestrate the whole night between guest seating and working with restaurant staff. Simply put, Dina's communication was on point. Her work ethic blew us away. The way she found and discussed vendors with us made us completely trust her with the process of pulling our vision together. Her fees were criminal to the point we had to tip her almost 500 more just so we didn't feel like we were robbing her of her time and effort. We've already jumped at the opportunity to recommend her to friends/family that are embarking on their wedding planning journeys. I don't write many reviews, but had to for Dina. She will always have a special place in our memories and lives because she played such a huge role on our special day.

We got married at Sydalyn Hill in late June 2022. Our wedding and everything leading up to it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Gwyn was extremely organized and professional, providing helpful maps, templates, and timelines for our planning process and always willing to offer input/advice when needed. Her husband and two amazing daughters were also so welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful, and play a huge role in making Sydalyn Hill the special place that it is. The venue itself was absolutely our dream venue, with so much natural beauty that in our opinion you hardly need to worry about decor! As eco-conscious minimalists, we really appreciate the lengths that Gwyn and her family go through to reduce waste and avoid plastic, and we opted to use many of the decoration items owned by Sydalyn Hill instead of buying our own for the sake of the environment (and our wallets!). The result was the most rustic and magical wedding we could ever have imagined. Our guests were blown away by the beautiful spots around the grounds for photos like the garden, swing, and orchard, all the fun lawn games, and dancing/dining under the walnut tree chandeliers! We can't recommend Sydalyn Hill highly enough. Thank you so much to the entire Weisberg family for making our dream wedding come true!

We got married at Chaminade in November 2023 and highly recommend the venue. We discovered the resort when happened to take my mom there for dinner to celebrate her birthday. Every member of the staff was kind and helpful. In fact, Christopher was able to give us an impromptu tour of the hotel rooms, banquet halls, and ceremony locations. Once we signed our contract, Rebecca and Lizzie helped plan the catering and day-of details which included the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception dinner. I felt very comfortable going into the wedding day and knew everything would be handled smoothly by the Chaminade team. I can't emphasize enough how kind and helpful every member of the team was throughout the event. We had so many guests comment that the food was outstanding - even months after the wedding! Sadly, my appetite was thrown off from the excitement of the day but the catering team offered me ginger ale and toast throughout the night. The venues were set up beautifully and we appreciated all that went into creating the settings for the ceremony, bar, and reception areas. Chaminade made our wedding day unforgettable and I am so thankful to the team for bringing all the details together!

I got married here recently and it was beautiful! It is very convenient having rooms on site to accomodate so many guests. You have to cater through the venue but their food is amazing. They use their own grass fed meats and were great about what food and drinks we wanted. While the venue does come with a few things like tables and chairs, you do have to pay to rent other items from them and a lot of the decoration will be DIY, but this can be a good thing if you want to personalize a lot of things! Owners are not too strict about things and are flexible. This can go both ways though - sometimes the planning was a bit difficult due to lack of communication with the venue. It would take a while to get answers, or they would forget some things I told them. Definitely recommend getting a day of planner to help since this is a large venue with lots of DIY and family around usually. Other than that though, everything turned out beautiful and guests were very happy with the views and rooms. They are reasonably priced and we were able to stay up late too! Perfect day :)

Karlie was very easy to work with. We met with her and then based on our conversation she sketched out ~6 different design ideas and also shared some example photos of different design aspects. The final cake looked exactly like what we had in mind. I remember during the wedding telling my husband that I was surprised they ended up using real flowers instead of sugar flowers. We didn't realize until the next day that they were actually sugar! They looked incredibly realistic and matched the floral decor perfectly. Also - the cake itself was delicious. We had plans to freeze some of it and eat it on our first anniversary, but ended up eating it all. Oops. We received numerous compliments from our guests. Thank you Story Cake Studio!

Another huge plus is their indoor spaces in case there is rain in the forecast and you do not want to pay an extra 20k for a tent last minute like you often have to do at other locations in the area. My husband and I got married at Holly Farm in June 2024. We found the venue in October which gave us about 9 months to plan our wedding. Holly Farm made it relatively simple to piece together all the vendors due to their incredible and long lasting relationships. And while wedding planning is still stressful, what I didn't expect and was so very grateful for was feeling like I could hand everything over to them upon arrival for the wedding weekend and really feel like everything was in good hands (I did not have a wedding planner). I knew the venue was going to be beautiful but I did not expect to feel so at ease the entire weekend. I had the BEST time at my own wedding because the Holly Farm staff went above and beyond to take care of everything we could possibly need on our behalf. There was nothing they couldn't assist with. It was the most perfect weekend, and I could not recommend this venue more!

Our family and wedding party were able to stay with us for the entire weekend and it made it all the more special. Kerolos and Victoria are so amazing and fabulous to work with. They work so hard to make sure the weekend and day are perfect and they are so on top of everything. They’re super flexible with making changes to fit your vision and they think of every little detail. I highly recommended looking at Holman ranch for your wedding event!
