I've been a HMUA for a little over 12 years, worked in the big city (LA) and now back in my hometown raising our 2 littles doing what I love most! I've worked all over the industry! I'm a licensed esthetician and really have found my happy place here with all my beautiful brides! I still love working on sets, all sorts of events but there's just something about being there for someone on their big day that never gets old. I've been a bride myself and can attest to the overwhelming mix of emotions that come with planning such an important day.     Finding Amanda Jenelle Makeup and Hair was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. From our very first consultation, Amanda and her team were friendly, clear in their communication, and down-to-earth, making me feel at ease. On the wedding morning, they were incredibly attentive to my vision for a natural makeup look, and their professional, detailed work helped me to remain calm and feel confident as I got ready. Amanda's expertise truly shone through, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. I'm so grateful to have found such a talented beauty team that also happened to be wonderful people to work with. I couldn't recommend Amanda Jenelle Makeup and Hair more highly!

    First off Amanda is a sweetheart! She showed up with poise, and was very calm arriving to do her job with precision! Despite all the chaos surrounding us getting ready for my big day. Amanda stayed focus and listened to all my needs and wants and came through meeting above my expectations for both make up and hair. She is very professional and has a great products she used on me, some of the past artist I've used had minimal supply and cheap products, so I was happy to see that Amanda had a full stock of great products with a variety to offer in any and every color and shades of make up you can imagine! Besides being in love with how flawless my make up came out, her hair skills were fantastic as well! My hair is naturally straight so I was worried if the look I wanted with curls wouldn't work cause often times the curls don't stay unfortunately for me. However with Amanda's skill and technique she worked a miracle and gave me beautiful curls that lasted me all night! I asked her how she did it! Cause I was just in awe! Anyways, bottom line is Amanda is AMAZING at what she does! If you're looking for someone who definitely knows what they are doing and is very professional, sweet and kind Amanda is your girl. I would recommend her hands down to anyone! I definitely plan to use her again for future occasions. Thanks again Amanda!

    Amanda was amazing overall! Booking was easy and the whole process was great! Amanda was super flexible with some last minute changes which was amazing! I have never felt so comfortable in my skin! The makeup looked glamorous and I felt like I was in my skin! Definitely will book again for events and would recommend!

    Amanda is very talented when it comes to her work. Her artistry for hair and make up exceeded my expectations. I gave her a photo reference of what I was wanting her for my big day, she was very easy to work with when I know I can be difficult at times being pushy of making sure it comes out exactly like the photo. Whereas as other MUAs I've used didn't listen to me at all and did it their way regardless. So I greatly appreciated her patience with me and consideration of my suggestions and wants. Basically she made me look even more amazing than I could imagine! My make up and hair lasted all day! Which is what any bride can hope for! I would definitely refer Amanda to anyone who is looking for a great MUA who knows what she's doing! Thanks again Amanda!
