The Drowned Lands Brewery is located in the epicenter of the “black dirt region” - Warwick, NY. The region takes its name from the unusually dark hue of its extremely fertile soil, leftover from an ancient glacial lake bottom and augmented by decades of past flooding of the Wallkill River.

Westwind Orchard is a BioIntensive Orchard and Farm. Our unfiltered and sulfite free cider is pressed onsite. We raise our own chickens. Our honey comes from our bees. We bake our own bread and make fresh mozzarella. Berries, vegetables and herbs are fresh from our garden. Our team will help you curate the perfect menu that highlights our farm-to-table Roman-style cuisine. Each season we host a select number of private events ranging from work retreats, to luncheons, to rehearsal dinners & weddings.
