ABOUT The Inn at Silver Maple Farm is located in East Chatham, NY, where the Hudson Valley meets the beautiful Berkshire foothills. East Chatham sits close to the border of New York State and Massachusetts, conveniently located 2 1⁄2 hours from both Boston and New York City. Our most convenient airport is Albany International Airport, an easy 45-minute drive away. With four distinct seasons, the options are plentiful for the type of wedding you seek. Summer is peak season, featuring lush landscaping, warm evening temperatures and the beauty of remote-living. Our venue is a working cider apple farm and distillery with an orchard, greenhouse, vegetable & flower gardens, a flock of 50 exotic chickens, Sebastopol geese, Soay sheep and two super sweet Chihuahuas named Isabella and Mela. Our barn was built in the late 1870's. It has been renovated over the last few years to be the perfect space for up to 130 guests. We got married in our barn and had 80 of our closest friends and family for the event. It’s the ideal venue for these smaller weddings.
