Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. Here at the Franciscan Event Center in Centennial, Colorado we have everything you need to successfully host your next special event. We only host to one event per day, which means you exclusively have our entire event center at your fingertips! We have an indoor facility that can easily be segmented depending on your event’s needs which seats around 385 people comfortably. If you prefer to host your event outside, our outdoor facilities can comfortably fit over 500 people and we have tents available. We have the audio/visual equipment you require for presentations and table and chair arrangements suited for all types of occasions. We even have a 500 square foot dance floor in our newly renovated hall. At The Franciscan, we also have a wonderful and delicious onsite catering service, That Personal Touch Catering, that will handle all of your food and beverage needs.

First built in 1891, the Highlands Ranch Mansion is a historic wedding venue located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This elegant western estate is decorated in a range of historic periods and is surrounded by more than 200 acres of ranchland. The Mansion exudes charm and character with an abundance of space and opportunities to host the wedding you’ve always imagined. The Mansion is surrounded by picturesque landscaped grounds, expansive vistas, and architectural details. When you host your wedding at the Highlands Ranch Mansion, you have exclusive use of the 27,000 square foot mansion and 2 acres of outdoor property. The Highlands Ranch Mansion has a list of approved full-service caterers for you to choose from. All alcoholic beverages are purchased through the Mansion. Tables and chairs for up to 225 guests are included with your rental, and will be set up in advance of your event.

Husband and wife owners Michael and Lisa Wolfer invite couples to hold their nuptial celebrations in this splendid rustic setting. You can exchange your vows outdoors with sweeping mountain views as a backdrop. Rustic wooden benches will be made available as seating for your guests. The interior of the barn venue features adaptable floor space to host groups of up to 100 guests. You will have access to the venue on Friday for setup and rehearsal. On Saturday the barn will be ready for you wedding and reception and then clean up. This venue is an authentic country setting where you can hold your own joyous celebration of your love story. The peak season for the Ranch stretches from June through October.
