Celebrate Milestones & Create Cherished Memories with The Meadows! We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. Weddings at Sanctuary include: Personalized Service: Six hours of private facility rental time will allow you and your guests to enjoy the venue exclusively. Onsite coordination is provided to ensure you get through the details of your wedding day worry-free. All guests are served by our award-winning food and beverage staff, as well as treated to complimentary valet parking.

Julie, our coordinator, was absolutely the reason our day went smoothly and was completely stress-free. Throughout the planning process, she provided reminders of upcoming deadlines, walked us through what to expect the week and day of our wedding and on our wedding day kept us on track with our timeline all while giving us any and all support we needed and assuring us how perfect our day would be (which is was). We truly could not imagine a better day and Sanctuary's beautiful views and amazing staff are largely to thank!”
