The venue manager and assistant, Brett and Lanie, are absolutely amazing to work with! They are some of the best in the business! They make sure everything is prepared before your wedding, you're taken care of throughout the whole planning process, and everything runs as smoothly as possible day of! The venue location is great as it gives a country, rustic feel but still located in a city and near the Dallas area!

From start to finish, our experience at The Hidden Jewel was nothing short of magical. She took care of every detail, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and we were able to relax and enjoy the day without a worry in the world. The catering was outstanding—our guests raved about the food, from the plated salad to the main course, and our cake area was stunning! The reception space was elegant, spacious, and versatile, allowing us to personalize the decor to reflect our style. Whether it was the twinkling lights on the walls or the cozy sitting area out front or tables on the porch for guests, or the Photo Booth outside it allowed our guests to mingle freely. The atmosphere was exactly what we envisioned. The venue’s attention to detail, from the perfect lighting to the perfect sound system, made our night truly unforgettable. My daughter and I wanted a single place close to her wedding venue where wedding guests could stay and we could have the rehearsal dinner. Hotel Indigo was the perfect spot! We were able to use an off-site caterer for the dinner, and the personnel at the Indigo graciously provided the room and all necessities including a limited bar. The room setup occurred seamlessly while we were at the wedding rehearsal, and the guests had a wonderful time. Everyone was delighted with their rooms and the breakfast and bar service in the lobby. The front desk, housekeeping, and valet staff were awesome, providing a sense of humor during a stressful time. Thanks to the event staff (particularly Dawn Freeman and her associates) at the Hotel Indigo for giving us this memorable experience. We definitely recommend the Hotel!!

Carlina helped us as well at rehearsal and the wedding and was amazing. She is so fun and has such a lovable personality. They are truly the best duo. They go above and beyond to make everything go so smoothly and as the stresses that can come with being the bride, I was sooo grateful! The venue itself is lovely. We had the best time celebrating our next Big Step. Jennifer was our Bridal Attendant and she did an excellent job keep everything moving. Frances was our Venue coordinator who helped get meal place cards in order once we realized I forgot the meal choice stickers. But overall, the team at The Bowden both in the kitchen and in the Chapel were wonderful which made the day run smoothly.
