The National WASP (Women AirForce Service Pilots) WWII Museum is a spacious museum venue located in Sweetwater, TX. This multi-purpose establishment provides modern event spaces equipped with a variety of event options to make special days held here a success. The National WASP WWII Museum was founded in 2006 to provide a dedicated space to preserve the history and promote the legacy of women in military aviation. Located at historic Avenger Field, the museum features various indoor and outdoor event spaces that can be easily transformed to suit any event themes and styles.

Hangar #1 which opened in 2021, is an ideal indoor ceremony option. There is over 4,000 square feet of event space, and offers table seating for up to 350 guests. This hangar is equipped a catering room for meal service.

Hangar #2 is the original Sweetwater Airport Hangar built in 1929, it provides a rustic place for any event and hangar doors that can be opened to view the gorgeous West Texas sunsets. Here, attendees can enjoy viewing vintage aircraft and vehicles as the perfect backdrop to any event.
