Glowy, golden hour photos are a "must" for you FB/IG feed! The chapel sits atop the estate overlooking beautiful rolling hills with bench seating for up to 175. Do you have guests who may need additional back support? No worries! We have a row of chairs many families use in front of the benches.

The Sunset Oaks Reception Space is intimate yet versatile. We have tables and chairs to seat up to 175 guests at family style tables inside and on our two patios. The indoor space can be transformed into an indoor-outdoor oasis by opening any of the five rollup doors to enjoy nice weather, expand capacity, and bring the outdoors inside. Decorations and ivory crinkle linens are available in our “Something Borrowed” closet.

The Most Beautiful Venue!
We had the joy of hosting our wedding at Sunset Oaks Venue and cannot recommend them highly enough. Their communication throughout the planning process was fast, kind, and efficient - they responded quickly to any questions we had and accommodated a last minute change with such a positive attitude. The venue itself is simply beautiful and breath taking, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. We received so many compliments from guests on the stunning scenery. The team at Sunset Oaks went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly so we could truly enjoy our wedding day. We are so grateful we chose this venue and feel it was absolutely worth the value.
A wonderful experience
We had a relatively short engagement (about 8 months) and shopped for venues for a good while before deciding on Sunset Oaks. They try are the best for your money, so hands on and they are so transparent about their pricing and what they offer! Their decor closet is extensive! They had so much you can borrow for your big day for free and it was all actually cute/current things. The venue itself is beautiful not too rustic or modern a perfect canvas to hold your wedding day! We loved working with Coby she was so proactive and helpful and the big day went off perfectly.
So Easy to Work With
Amber and the team at Sunset Oaks Venue made wedding planning and our wedding day so easy and special! We even had a crazy snowy/icy day, and Amber was outside in the cold salting the sidewalk before our guests arrive! I highly, highly recommend this venue!!
The best venue of ETX
My wedding is set for 7/05/2024. Amber and her staff have been nothing but helpful and kind. Every question or concern was answered quickly and have put my anxious heart to rest. I am so excited to get married here. They have everything you could have dreamed of for decor wise. They offer packages that include planning, catering, DJ and so much more. If you haven't booked yet, do it!! The best part is the beautiful chapel they just built.
