Kenny and her team were so helpful! They are professional, organized, kind and went above and beyond for us. We did day of coordination and Kenny jumped in about a month out, taking care of all vendor communications and creating a timeline for us. She kept everything running smoothly the morning of the wedding and made sure everything and everyone were where they needed to be. She set up the reception decor exactly as I had envisioned it. Also kept our timeline on track during the reception. Truly can’t imagine how we would’ve made it through the day without her!

It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Her foresight and planning were impressive but her ability to think and adjust on the fly is what made our day go off with zero issues. We cannot thank Liv enough for her help. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. This one is going to be long because we have so many things to say about this incredible woman. I don’t even know where to start with Kaileigh. We found her on Zola at the early stages of planning and we’re so beyond grateful and thrilled to have had her with us through this journey. She is so incredibly organized, on top of everything, prompt, efficient, kept us on track and so supportive. She is super creative and had so many great ideas that brought our vision to life and made it even better than we imagined. Planning with her was fun, easy and very enjoyable. She was at all of our vendor meetings, asked questions we never thought to ask, and made sure we were happy with everything at every point and was easy to pivot. As we approached our big day, she just continued to blow us away and we felt so much less stress than I think most people probably feel. We knew we were in the best hands with Kaileigh who had our back, knew our vision and who we knew we could count on. Her work can be somewhat chaotic I would imagine, but you’d never be able to tell by looking at her. She is so poised, calm, composed, competent, decisive, efficient, energetic, professional and dynamic. One of my favorite things I noticed working with her is her undeniable joy and love for this industry and what she does. She is in her element and it is clear to anyone who observes her that this is where she belongs. This work fuels her and she invests so much of herself in everything she does. Not only is she so wickedly talented and smart, she is just so kind, sweet, compassionate, funny, lighthearted and just the coolest human. It didn’t take long for us to fall in love with her and just want to be her friend. By the time our rehearsal rolled around, I felt like it was weird that she was just present for the event and not sitting at the table with us! At this point we just considered her our friend and just wanted to hang out and celebrate with her! Going into our wedding day, I felt a sense of calm I never, ever thought I would be able to experience. I’m a person that struggles with anxiety, I feel overwhelmed, I overthink and worry about everything and I was convinced I would be beside myself with stress and anxiety on my wedding day but I was completely fine.. I was calm and was able to enjoy my preparation, spending time with my girls and just relax. That is 1000% thanks to Kaileigh. I knew everything was being handled and I trusted her judgement, abilities and knowledge and that it was going to be amazing… and I was right! Walking into this beautiful venue with all of our visions that came to life right in front of me took my breath away. It was GORGEOUS!! Throughout the night, Kaileigh continued to keep everything running smoothly. I needed her quite a few times for different things and she was never far and always ready for whatever it was. She even helped me out of my wedding dress and into a reception dress in tiny stall with barely enough room for one person, let alone two… which tells you the level of comfort one builds with a person like Kaileigh. It was like my sister or my best friend helping me out. She was everywhere all at once and never broke a sweat. We’ve gotten nothing but absolutely raving compliments on her from our friends and family that attended. Everyone noticed how expertly she put this wedding together and how it all went off so perfectly. We are so thankful for her. Do yourself this favor and book Kaileigh for your most important day.

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

She went above and beyond in creating a perfect day for us and we could not have done it without her. My wedding was this past weekend, and I still want to shout Amanda's praises from every rooftop! Hire her now! We had a complex wedding design: a full three-night, four-day weekend with several different spaces and layouts involved, and different guest lists for each day. Amanda handled everything masterfully. Every detail was exactly as we imagined (and more!), and she was a true joy to work with. My mother and I have different working styles and visions, and somehow Amanda found a way to meet both of our needs at each turn and help us avoid any conflict with one another. Amanda is highly detail-oriented and has a way of handling so many things "behind the scenes" and well in advance of the wedding - including crafting much of the decor and guest gifts weeks in advance, then personally transporting them to the wedding. It was efforts like this that really set her apart from other planners -- measurably reducing our stress each moment and taking things off our very full plates. We will genuinely miss speaking and working with Amanda. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner - she joined us after we had personally booked our venue and a handful of vendors, but having her with us earlier would have only enhanced our planning process.

I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.

I had met MK when I was a recently engaged bridesmaid for one of my best friends and she was her day-of planner. Not only was I incredibly impressed with MK at that wedding, but my parents who were also in attendance said we HAD to have MK help us with our wedding. Through the planning process, MK made it incredibly easy to navigate and decide on vendors when there were a billion to choose from. She was our line of communication with our vendors throughout the entire process through email, Zoom, and phone calls so when the wedding day came everything fell into place just as it was supposed to. MK and Keara made sure nothing was out of place the entire day; from the venue, to the vendors, the wedding party, the guests - if there was I still don't know about it to this day! If your guests, wedding party members, and vendors are reaching out to you after your wedding to tell you how incredible your wedding planner was from their experience, you seriously can't ask for anything more. We used Sara as the day of coordinator for our wedding at The White Room in Worcester and I cannot say enough good things about her. We began meeting about a month before the big day and had weekly check in's where she made sure that I was on track and getting everything done that needed to be handled. On the day she helped my parents with set up, ensured everyone was where they needed to be and fielded all questions from vendors and guests. The guests raved about the whole experience, and as far as I know literally nothing went wrong, and if it did, Sara handled it like a pro because I never found out!
