I had a lovely experience working with Rhonda this fall at a wedding in Rockport. As the wedding photographer for the event, I was thankful for Rhonda's coordination and assistance with the family during our group shots. She was also very prompt in transforming the ceremony space into the reception area, and was a great resource when it came to asking questions about the evening's schedule. I highly recommend Rhonda to anyone looking for a coordinator to ensure their event comes together as planned!

Anywhere from 9-12 months before the wedding date. You don’t want to wait until you are overwhelmed but you also don’t want to be planning for too long. I recommend hiring your wedding coordinator the right way, even for the “Day of” coordination. You’ll want to get a signed contract to ensure the wedding coordinator is available on your wedding date.

YES, we work with quite a few out-of-state couples. We have clients who have lived in NJ, NY, CA, and UT. Having a wedding planner in this situation is quite beneficial since you don’t likely have the time to fly in to meet with vendors, etc.

To truly enjoy their wedding day! There are so many decisions to be made before the big day and having a planner to guide you through the process gives you peace of mind that everything will run smoothly.

Yes, I can assist couples in planning engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners. ( I also do milestone birthdays, too)
