We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

This space is well equipped with a full commercial kitchen and bar, a beautiful rooftop deck, bridal and groom suites and will feature a Mid-century vibe. ​The owners, Rob and Lisa Younkin, purchased an old, family-owned auto repair shop in March of 2018, intending to build a small apartment complex, only to find out that idea did not work well with the lot size. So they decided to put their heads together, and the idea of a wedding and event venue took off. From there comes Hart & Main. The vision for Hart & Main is to create a purpose-built, versatile and differentiated event space for people to enjoy.

Carondelet House is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA. With warm wood floors, expansive rooms, exposed brick walls, two exterior courtyards, high exposed beam ceilings and a beautiful fireplace, this is one of the most unique event spaces in Los Angeles. Pigment began as an idea between husband-and-wife duo Chad Anglin and Amy Paul.
