Vernonia Springs is THE place! We got married in October 2020 and fortunately had planned on a wedding ceremony with less than 30 people pre-COVID. I had several questions about everything and was constantly emailing Jeff to ask about all the ins and outs. He wrote back quickly, consistently, and professionally. We visited twice beforehand and Jeff was helpful and friendly. He was easy to work with having food trucks come in and pre-approved day before with a couple drop offs. When the big day arrived, the venue was beautiful, had safety protocols in place and we heard several compliments on the atmosphere. The venue is quiet and tucked away with limited cell service, so at the end of the night, when everyone sat around the fire place, it was relaxing and comfortable. My husband and I stayed in one of the yurts and the bed was so comfy! Other guests said they enjoyed their bed and setup as well. Honestly, I have only have great things to say about Vernonia Springs!

As a caterer, this venue is a favorite of ours! It is easy to find and get to, beautiful, and the staff is always great to work with. Our team is also in Hillsboro, so it is close to our location which makes catering there great! The have tables and chairs onsite, as well as a prep kitchen, which is convenient for the client and vendors. The space is very adaptable as well -- I've seen weddings held here, memorials, cocktail parties and more. Including my own highschool prom! 110% recommend checking out this venue, if you are looking for a Hillsboro event space with beautiful architecture.

Zesti has a package where you can buy gift cards in bulk and guests can get their dinner from any of the carts! We had the option between close to the bar or the greenhouse, we chose the greenhouse. It was BEAUTIFUL. Nestled right next to the cutest plant shop, we were in tropical plant heaven. It was so nice to have so many amenities in one place. Other venues required us to pick so many different vendors. Here, the bar and dinner was already covered. Thank you, Zesti for a wonderful special day!

We were overly impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism from the staff. We hosted our daughter’s bat mitzvah at Eagles Nest in July 2023 and the venue was everything we hoped for with indoor (food/beverage service and dining space, dance floor, Photo Booth) and outdoor (dining on the patio, games on the lawn) spaces for our family and friends to celebrate. The views were spectacular and the staff were responsive and fun to work with. They went above and beyond to help design and pull off a fabulous event. We highly recommend this special venue!

The south-facing gently-sloped terrain sets in the outlying foothills of Newberg, and is a part of the Chehalem Mountains A.V.A. Ron and Marianne purchased the property in 1998 and planted the first five acres with Pinot Noir (Pommard clone) in June of 1999 after clearing and natural site preparation. In the following seven growing seasons, we planted additional blocks that now entail just over 30.5 acres of planted Pinot Noir plus an additional one and a half acres of Chardonnay.

First, if you have not stayed at the Allison Inn and Spa, that is a must! Second, if you are engaged you need to have your wedding here! My daughter's wedding was held here in August of 2024. The grounds and layout at the Allison are spectacular and perfect for a wedding. We had the ceremony in the lower Meadow Garden which was perfectly shaded as it was a sunny hot day. Then we had the cocktail hour on the lawn, followed by dinner and dancing in the ballroom. Truly the best venue!!! But most importantly it was the staff at the Allison. EVERYONE was so incredibly nice and kind. From Kameron, manager of wedding and social events, all the valets, chef, bartenders, waitstaff, and so many more that I met over the 4 days were constantly helpful, kind, and professional. The food was delicious and very well presented!! The specialty cocktails were such a hit and made to perfection. The desserts and baked goods were delicious. Kameron was such a delight to work with. She was extremely responsive to all our emails. She had many other events happening before and after our event but she always made us feel like we were so important. Kameron was always cheerful and pleasant to work with. Looking forward to going back to stay as guest again soon. This time, no wedding, just rest and relaxation!

All three venues offer options for weddings of all sizes - from micro-weddings to weddings in the winery for 150 guests. The Vineyard Tasting Room and Winery in Newberg is located beside our 6.5 acre vineyard and boasts beautiful vineyard, valley and mountain views. You may use the tasting room, patio and deck for events up to 75 guests or add the winery to your rental and host up to 150 guests. Our Dundee Tasting Room was opened in 2023 and features an open, modern space for ceremonies and receptions as well as a lower level bar for more intimate gatherings. There are three patios too where you can enjoy vineyard views. The Clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort offers vineyard views from its banquet hall and patios. Accommodations are also available as we have private cottages, Airstreams and RV spaces available for rent.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue or more gracious host! We held our wedding here and it was perfection from start to finish. Sara and the staff at Archer went above and beyond to ensure we had a beautiful wedding and reception. They did it all on short notice too! I can’t recommend this venue enough! Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

The space itself is warm, inviting and well designed so you only have to add a few touches to personalize it. The food, drinks and service were incredible the night of our wedding. Soizic was so friendly and full of great ideas and helped us iron out every little detail as well as suggesting menu ideas for what we were specifically looking for. Our day went off without a single issue thanks to hunt and gather and their team. Multiple guests (including the picky eaters) mentioned it was the best food they’d had at a wedding.

Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

I have hosted, and decorated a number of events in this space. The PDX Suite Spot is spacious, with beautiful exposed brick walls and large windows to view the “Portland” sign from inside. This space has room for VIP’s, Kitchen, DJ’s and more. There are elevators to take you to the second floor or a stairway that leads up with no issues. The hosts are just as kind. and professional. Communication is always returned within a reasonable time frame. I have also witnessed the host help setup for an event when the coordinators were late. This is definitely the type of over and above service I am looking for when choosing a venue to host my events. I highly recommend The Suite Spot and hope you’ll give them a chance as well.

Easton Broad made our wedding dreams come true. The venue itself is so beautiful that we had very minimal decor needs. Kelly was amazing to work with and the bartending team was fabulous. They also have great vendor recommendations and connections to make planning seamless.

From the moment we toured this place all the way to our big day, The Melody Event Center was wonderful to work with. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional during each planning meeting and always had great ideas to make our vision come to life. Communication with all the staff was excellent. The Classic Restored building made our day feel elegant and timeless. The food was AMAZING and the chef was supper accommodating to our requests. We absolutely loved that they provide everything in house from table and linens all the way to food and decorations. This made planning so much easier since we did not have to source out multiple vendors. Totally recommend this venue for any wedding!

It is updated and chic but maintains its industrial old town vibe and has thoughtful amenities to keep guests comfortable and having a good time. The space is inviting, warm, and easy to tailor to your aesthetic. Shannon and Yvonne are absolutely wonderful to work with and made the (sometimes stressful) decisions easy to make with their expertise. I would get married again and again just to be at The Evergreen, I love it that much. Take this as me shaking your shoulders and asking, "What are you waiting for?!"

Their outdoor patios allow couple and guests alike to enjoy our beautiful days and nights, with one deck showing off a view of Mt. Hood, and the other highlighting our amazing PNW sunsets. While the space is beautiful and so thoughtfully designed, I also appreciate the other amenities like a dedicated parking lot and garage, easy loading dock for vendors, fully private restrooms, and complete handicap accessibility. And while the venue speaks for itself, I also want to highlight the customer service this venue offers. Their team is made up of brilliant, service oriented women and everything from the ease of tours, to internal processes to client communication is done with care and thoughtfulness. They communicated promptly about details and last minute changes, which we really appreciated during such a hectic time. The location right on the water was beautiful and made for a romantic backdrop. Our guests raved about the delicious meal and many said it was one of the best wedding dinners they had enjoyed. The space itself was elegant yet comfortable, with large windows to showcase the views and a great dance floor.
