I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Flagstaff House for our wedding! From the moment we first reached out, the team was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like our special day was just as important to them as it was to us. I had a tall order - I began planning my wedding just 2 and a half months before I had set the date, which was also my birthday, and over a holiday weekend. Hosting a party of 45, we were amazed by the level of attention and detail the staff provided. They were not only helpful in the planning stages but also went above and beyond on the day itself. The atmosphere was beautiful, creating the perfect backdrop for our celebration. We did the whole package for a daytime wedding, the ceremony and reception and lunch. I was so happy to be blessed with perfect weather as well as wild turkeys and hawks around the venue. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the staff’s professionalism and genuine care truly made our day unforgettable. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning views and exquisite service. The food was impressive, and the cake was delicious (I hear - I didn't get a piece! Busy bride!) If you’re looking for a venue that combines elegance with a personal touch, Flagstaff House is the place! We are so grateful for their hard work in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We had our wedding at Balistreri on October 26th, and it could not have been a more perfect day thanks to the venue and the incredible staff. Mattie and Katy made the planning process a breeze, helped us pick our food out, took our wishes and feedback into account, and truly just gave us everything we could have wanted out of this day. They're incredibly flexible to your vision but will provide input and thoughts when needed, ensuring that everything is set up for success. The food and the wine is INCREDIBLE. We got so many compliments all night and after the fact about the dishes (lamb, salmon, and risotto), the appetizers, the desserts, the late night snack, and especially the cabernet. They're also incredibly accommodating to allergies, working with us for our friends and family with dietary restrictions to make sure everyone is aware of ingredients. We attended a tasting event to try a variety of food options, and then had a private tasting to finalize our menu, where Mattie and the chefs sat down with us and helped us tailor our menu to our exact wishes. The set-up, bartending, and wait stuff were all top notch - making our day run incredibly smoothly. The inclusion of chairs, linens, flatware, etc. and catering in house was a huge draw for us in terms of ease of planning. They have some highly recommended vendors for entertainment and alcohol delivery, who are not mandatory to use, but who worked seamlessly with the venue to create an easy and low stress day. Lastly, the venue is absolutely beautiful. It is set up so naturally perfectly that we barely felt the need for additional decor. The garage doors being open between the ceremony and reception spaces allowed for such a seamless flow and natural feeling cocktail hour. Our event of 120 guests fit the space wonderfully. We got married right at sunset, late in the year, and were gifted with the most gorgeous weather. I truly cannot rave enough about how wonderful it was to host at Balistreri. We had the most magical day and could not have done it without this wonderful venue. The amount of personal touches and care they put into hosting your event shows why it is such a popular and well loved place.

Christian was wonderful at communicating, and welcomed our need to have digital tours since we lived out of state. I was always so busy and horrible at answering emails, but he always made sure things were done by deadlines. The venue was beautiful, and the food was wonderful. Our wedding was around 40 people, and just the main floor worked beautifully! We did all of the decorations and cake ourselves, and the venue was perfect while working with us and making sure we had everything set up quickly and the way we wanted it. I would definitely reccomend!

We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. In that time we catered thousands of weddings. The expectations among a some groups of wedding families simply became impossible to meet. If you, too, are becoming worn out by what you are finding in the wedding industry you likely have found a great alternative at 2 Penguins.

We had the most wonderful wedding here on 9/10! It was the perfect blend of a few classic traditions and a laid back space that all of our guests raved about. Dan was great to work with from the start, and helped day-of to make sure our event ran smoothly. He and all the awesome staff nailed the small details and great service. We chose one of the cocktail style menus and the food was delicious, plus all of the Colorado beers and spirits were a hit with guests. If you're looking for a versatile and really reasonably priced venue, I would highly recommend choosing 2 Penguins.

We had our wedding at The Ramble and stayed for multiple nights leading up to and after the special day. I have zero complaints about our whole stay, everything was perfect. The venue is stunning. The food and drinks were delicious. The rooms were very cute and comfortable. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful to us and our guests. They went out of their way multiple times to ensure our comfort and it was so appreciated. Leading up to the day, they were very communicative and so welcoming with each visit we made. Planning the wedding from out of state, they truly took so much pressure off our plate. Tessa and her team absolutely killed it, and it shows in how smoothly they are able to run an event. We’re so thankful they helped create a special day for us.

We recently had our elopement wedding ceremony and guest room block at The Eddy and it could not have been more perfect! We were able to utilize the west rooftop for our ceremony which was the perfect backdrop to our wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed their stay here as well. The rooms are clean and modern but feel homey and comfortable. Breakfast was great and a nice amenity to have. We were surprised by champagne in our room when we arrived. Every staff member from front desk to the taproom to housekeeping was warm, friendly and overly accommodating. If you are in the area for business or just for fun or considering using The Eddy for your small wedding celebration, I cannot recommend it enough! I can only say good things about the Greenbriar Inn!! The Greenbriar team was great to work all the way from planning the event to the night of. I encourage you to book this place for upcoming weddings or events. The venue is even more beautiful in person compared with the photos. Planning: GBI team was incredibly detailed and caring about the nuances of planning our event. When we'd come with a suggested plan, they were very engaged in providing strategic recommendations to make it run as smoothly as possible. Property/Grounds: The property is stunning. We received endless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony site, cocktail hour location, and dining room were. You really feel like you're in a magical oasis. Food & Drink: The food is a highlight of this venue since they are a fine dining restaurant! The appetizers were a hit, especially the mini beef wellingtons. People loved the cupcakes, even though I didn't get the chance to try it! I was nervous about the bar bill given it's a pay-by-drink approach, but the GBI team did a great job proactively trying to keep it as low as possible/within budget. Pets: This venue is pet friendly! They were so amazing about accommodating our dog Leo so he could be there for our special day.

As a planner, I just did my first rehearsal dinner/welcome party at The Barrel. My clients were very happy with the results. It's a casual atmosphere, and the bar remains open during your event, but there is some separation between your event and the open bar area. Food trucks are welcome or we had a caterer set up a lovely buffet. It's a very "Colorado" experience ...don your cowboy boots and jeans and kick back the night before your wedding.

We had THE BEST time hosting our wedding rehearsal at Chasing Rabbits in Vail! The venue is AMAZING and our friends are still RAVING about how gorgeous and unique the place is. We rented the whole venue and hosted our event in the dining room, arcade, library lounge, and speakeasy. Each room is like its own world and totally unique. The design of the space is impeccable and looks like something you would find in a cosmopolitan city. The place is great for photo ops (the infinity corridor mirror hall is iconic) and us and our guests got amazing wedding photos! We started our night with a cocktail hour in the dining room/library and then transitioned to a full dinner. The food was so DELICIOUS and drinks were very tasty! SERVICE WAS SUPERB and staff always went the extra mile! We then had a full party in the arcade. Our guests loved playing games and were super entertained (who can say they got to play games at a rehearsal dinner?!). Later we hired a DJ and it felt like we were in a nightclub because the sound-quality was so good they have DJ lights already installed in the place, which made for a really cool aesthetic. At the end of the night we went into the speakeasy, which gives off luxe and intimate/cozy vibes, for drinks and late-night bites. I highly RECOMMEND booking this space for your upcoming wedding related event!
