Q: What is your off-peak season?

January, February, March, April, July, August, September, October, November

Q: Do you have accessible facilities?

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have an elevator, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?

No! It goes against our liquor license to allow outside alcohol. We have a full bar and plenty for you, let us handle it!

Q: How many hours are included in our booking?

We typically allow 3-4 hours for event slots, this is however flexible. Setup and tear down are not included in the event time, we'll take care of that for you.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

ViewHouse requires a 20% non-refundable deposit (of your food and beverage minimum) to book the space. If you should cancel the event you would lose the initial deposit.

Q: What hidden fees am I missing?

NOTHING. The only thing going on top of your food and beverage minimum is a 20% service charge for your staff, and state tax. (8.25%)

Located on the first level of our venue, this entirely private space boasts a dedicated bar, DJ lights, room for a dance floor, direct access to the outer greens, glass garage doors, and a stunning west-facing view that will leave an impression. With seating for up to 70 guests or accommodation for up to 100 guests in a cocktail-style setup, this room offers versatility for a range of events. Enjoy full A/V capabilities in this room only

It wouldn't have been possible to have my wedding in Colorado Springs if it wasn't for the View House! It was very reasonably priced since we didn't have to pay a fee to rent the room. All we had to pay for was food and drinks. We didn't need a DJ since we were able to hook up to the sound system to play our own playlists. The atmosphere was classy and fun and the service was great! I highly recommend them for weddings!!

Viewhouse always blows us away! We bring cakes in often for couples using their spaces. It is always decorated beautifully and guests seem to be enjoying themselves. A beautiful venue and a stellar team
