Views of the South Mountain Appalachian Ridge and surrounding apple orchards provide the perfect backdrop. Couples can use the many locations on the property to exchange vows including the original barn stone foundation. The landscape around the historic Granary allows for cocktails and receptions, while the wedding party takes advantage of the many photo opportunities on the property. In 1902, Elmer Thomas and his wife purchased the plot of land right off Peach Glen Road in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Here they settled and built their family home, while farming and harvesting the surrounding land. The Thomas family has continuously worked to restore and bring the property back to life. We are honored to have such a beautiful and historic piece of history still within the family to share with you for your special day.

We are a romantic and affordable wedding venue with a historic manor house, charming honeymoon cabin, luxury reception tent, covered pavilion, and beautiful manicured grounds in Westminster, MD. Our manor house hosts separate dedicated get-ready spaces for Bride and Fiancé. Wedding night accommodations in our honeymoon cabin is INCLUDED. We have multiple ceremony sites, both outside and covered, as well as a large luxury reception tent. Many beautiful photo sites include our pond with fountain, our long tree lined drive, our beautiful historic buildings, and surrounding fields. You'll have exclusive use of our property for a full 12 hours, and you can choose your own caterers and other vendors. ​Heritage Restored is a farm that will give you the setting for your wedding or special event that evokes a sense of history, peaceful views, and plenty of space to utilize. The 57 acre property will give a deep breath of relaxation to your event and can accommodate over 200 guests. Mark and Karlen have been restoring the farm for 19 years, one thing has been maintained as much as possible in its original form, the barn. The historic late 1800’s bank barn has many of the original board siding, only to be replaced in-like when needed. It boasts a very large 4 bay layout with the original chestnut flooring. The board siding allows the light to dance off the beautiful wood floors. It is a privilege for Mark and Karlen to invite you into their treasured barn and grounds.
