We had our wedding here on 10.26.2024 and it was the most magical, perfect day. The venue/planning team was so kind and responsive throughout the entire planning process (we booked the venue in March of ‘22 so, many questions were asked). The ‘rental room’ they offer relieves SO much stress of trying to find decorations and signage, I highly recommend adding it. The list of vendors they give you is a BIG help, utilize it. Our event manager was truly wonderful the day of, we are incredibly thankful to have had her help. A special addition to having a wedding here is being able to stay in a treehouse connected to the Grand Barn AND have friends & family stay at the venue the night of the wedding. How neat is it that your guests can just walk back and go to bed after a night of celebration and laughter?! I truly could not imagine a more beautiful venue to get married at. Everything exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!

From there, you can go through our glass garage door to an incredible enclosed courtyard, complete with string lights, fire feature, and artificial turf. Our bar is fully stocked, and while we could try to describe the aesthetics, words don’t do it justice. Seriously. Check out the pictures. Two private dressing rooms make getting ready fun and easy. We got married on October 31st, 2020, and while planning a wedding that year was full of ups and downs and confusions for a multitude of other reasons, All Occasions was a beacon of reliability and clear communication that we were very grateful for. Everything tasted great, many of my guests complimented the meal, and I really love how the table décor looked. As our wedding was Halloween themed, I invited the staff to dress up, and I was happy to see that they did and also had a good time. Friendly, Skilled, and Flexible, I would absolutely recommend All Occasions Catering to anyone planning an event or wedding. My wedding reception was one of the best nights of my life, and I am thankful for the role they played in it.

We LOVED The Beverly Mansion. We live in Columbus, and with our families in NE and West Ohio, this was the perfect middle point. Tim was extremely communicative and made the process a breeze for logistics and the catering. 7 months later, our guests are still raving about the venue and food! We go to 6-7 weddings a year and can truly attest that what Beverly has to offer, and the price point, can't be matched! If we had to do it all over again, we'd still pick Beverly!

I had a fantastic experience working with the Meeker’s Venue team. They were willing to accommodate my requests for things like a slideshow in place of a father daughter dance, or having my friend play the music for our first dance live. We used their decor, and they had a great selection for the simple, green and brass theme I was looking for. They were friendly, timely, didn’t bother us with anything the night of and made sure to go through our family and friends instead. The venue itself, a beautiful brick church, is so cute and provided a great backdrop for all of our photos. We easily fit our wedding of around 130 people in the space. And their price fit well into our budget. I had a great time in the meetings leading up to our wedding, and an awesome party the day of. Highly recommend.

Brookshire caught our attention when searching for venues for their beautiful ceremony outdoor space and the all inclusive aspects of the venue. Both of those impressed us throughout the whole wedding planning process and afterwards when seeing our wedding photos. Kira was our amazing coordinator through Brookshire and she was very easy to communicate with and helped us plan the details for our big day. Leading up to it and on the day of we felt confident that with her and the staff everything would run smoothly. With Brookshire being all-inclusive it was very easy to pick out the details we wanted regarding cake, centerpieces, linens, food/drink, dj and more because Brookshire had all of those vendors booked for us. We just got to tell each vendor our ideas and then they took care of the work making it come to life at Brookshire. We were glad we could also bring some personal touches into Brookshire and have the coordinators help us arrange those. All of our guests were impressed with the food quality, the outdoor and indoor space along with the smoothness of how the wedding day ran. We truly got to enjoy our day as Brookshire was very organized and made sure our day was just how we wanted it to be. We got married at Swan Lake on 9/2. We had a great experience working with them. They were always very prompt in responding to our emails and had great communication with us the month leading up to the big day. When it came down to it they knew exactly what we wanted and our day of coordinator, Libby, was fantastic. She asked us as well as our parents and bridal party several times throughout the day if there was anything we needed. Overall, we were so impressed and so thankful we chose them because it was truly the best day.

We’ve used Heart Hill for two events so far and it’s exceeded all of our expectations! The property is absolutely breathtaking, the building for the event was clean and big enough for all our family and friends, and the owner was very friendly and easy to work with us on everything from start to finish. It makes you feel like you’re walking into a fairytale and I can’t imagine going back to the hotel meeting rooms or clubhouses we’ve used in the past. We love working with couples at Nationwide Hotel for several reasons. First, it is logistically so much easier for couples to have everything taking place in one location. They can stay overnight the night before, get ready there, ceremony, photos, reception, and then afterward all of their guests can stay right there. This means there is no need to coordinate guest transportation, off-site hotels, bridal party transportation for photos, or have an elongated break for photography after the ceremony since it is much faster to do on site. Second, there are plenty of outdoor spaces for couples or bridal party photos if it rains! This is a huge advantage that not all venues have and rain is a real concern for an Ohio wedding. Third, there is a variety of spots on the property for doing group or couples photos. You can have the look of brick, green lawn, the beautiful pergola with all the greenery, the iconic covered walkway, some flowers, a tree-lined area where the leaves change colors SO perfectly in the Fall, and of course the fountain! By the way, the pond is amazing for sunset photos! We have been at Nationwide many times as photographers and always had a great experience. The food was always hot and served on schedule, and their staff is so friendly and genuinely wants to create the best experience for their guests. You cannot go wrong with any of their event spaces!

When we toured the venue, this location was so beautiful and checked off every box for us, but what really sold us was the staff and Kaylie, our wedding day coordinator, who were all so helpful in making our big day a reality. They have some amazing vendors that frequent and already have a great relationship with the zoo that made the day run with ease, and to top it all off have animals and a giraffe feeding during cocktail hour was a hit. We hosted our party here in the Fall, and it was so beautiful! The venue is unlike anything you'd expect in Columbus and it checked all the boxes for my vision... cannot say enough good things. The Golf Club at Little Turtle was the first venue that we looked at. I knew after we saw it that we really didn’t need to look at other venues. It was the one. The whole place is beautiful from the entry to the ball room and outside space down to the locker room/dressing areas where we got ready. We worked with Tyger through every detail and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She made everything so easy. The day of was literally stress free for us!! She kept everything rolling and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Dinner was amazing. We had mahi-mahi, chicken marsala, and braised short ribs with macaroni and cheese and red potatoes. EVERYONE still talks about how good the food was. The whole experience was better than I could have imagined! We are so happy that we picked The Golf Club at Little Turtle for our wedding. We highly recommend them!

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

One of the standout moments was when the staff personally escorted my 91-year-old grandmother to the ceremony and back to the reception, ensuring she was comfortable and taken care of. The Hancock Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we started planning, their communication was direct, responsive, and attentive. The quality of their work was impeccable, and the space was very elegant. On our special day, the staff was friendly to guests and on pointe to our needs, and they even took our gifts up to our suite at the end of the night. The Hancock Hotel had everything we could have needed all in one beautiful space. The hotel was brightly decorated for the season with lights, trees, snowflakes and more, which fit in with our theme perfectly. The entire event was so streamlined from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception. Our main choice in deciding to go with the Hancock Hotel was that it was going to make it easy for our guests to not have to travel to multiple locations. The food was absolutely delicious, over a month out from the event, our guests are still talking about it. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our marriage.

My wife and I held our wedding reception at The Grand in September 2023, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome! We had booked the space about 18 months prior in early 2022 and at that time, there was a different chef and day-of coordinator than those we ended up with by the time of our wedding. While these and some other changes were a bit stressful in the months leading up to our big day, this space has a lot to offer, and we ended up in good hands with Olivia, who was far better at communicating than the prior DoC. Everything came together beautifully on our wedding day, and we received a lot of compliments about the food (prepared onsite by Chef Travis) from our guests. The event center's immediate connection to the adjoining hotel is also a bonus for guests' peace of mind, and we appreciated the free parking. Grandview Yard has definitely elevated its status in recent years with new shops, housing, and food options, and we enjoyed being close to downtown where many of our photo locations and our ceremony space were also located. It's also worth noting that this space felt more authentic than a lot of the other places we looked at around town. There are a lot of "cookie-cutter" venues out there, but we felt that we had a uniquely tailored experience at The Grand. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough, and I think it's a fair value for the money!

Attendants ensure that guests are parked safely upon arrival. This is extremely uncommon for most wedding/reception venues. While we enjoy entertaining all of our clients and their guests, our times are The Barn at Walnut Creek are some of the most memorable. Look no further!

Our wedding at HLHC was gorgeous. Everything flowed nicely in that space. They have excellent staff who were all so helpful in planning the perfect day. They were flexible and easy to plan with out-of-state, and they were accommodating for me to visit and see the new renovations. Kate, our day-of coordinator, did an excellent job to make sure everything went smoothly. The catering and bartending services were fantastic! I'm still getting compliments on the cocktails, haha.

The team at 1883 Locale was incredible to work with! We were planning from several states away, but even virtually, the team immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. Throughout the planning process, they consistently offered prompt responses to our questions and clarifications. 1883's comprehensive services eased our planning process; their required beverage package left us with one less decision to make, and their extensive decor inventory saved us both time and money! They offered a huge variety of add-ons that would have further eased our planning, but we enjoyed taking advantage of the flexibility of bringing in outside vendors. That said, we leaned heavily on their vendor referrals, since we had limited familiarity with the area. Our day-of experience appeared seamless, and we felt fully comfortable to trust the team at 1883 Locale to collaborate efficiently with out other vendors. The bride and her side of the party appreciated the ease of getting ready on-site. Honestly the only room for improvement we saw was in the limitations of the space itself: the get-ready space is rather small, so even our small party felt a little crowded once the hair and makeup vendors joined us in that space. We had also hoped to encourage guests to use the get-ready room during our event, but it ended up becoming necessary storage for our belongings. The parking situation required some creativity, and we had difficulty communicating to our guests about it, but ultimately everyone ended up where they needed to be. We highly recommend booking 1883 Locale - you won't regret it!

On the day of the event, Arleigh and Katie were on-site and went above and beyond to make everyone involved feel seen and supported. The space itself was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were able to divide the space into two rooms to allow for mingling on one side while hosting a panel on the other, creating a dynamic yet organized flow.
