Our ability to accommodate 50+ overnight guests allows your experience to extend beyond just the ceremony and reception to an entire weekend spent with your family and friends. Our hilltop location, which features panoramic views of Mount Kearsarge, Mount Sunapee and the surrounding countryside, provides a wonderful backdrop for your activities. Our 20-acre estate and historic inn provide attractive settings for photographs.

The Summit Lodge is an exclusive resort. We will only host one wedding per weekend. The entire property is yours for up to 4 days and 3 nights! We can host 50 to 200 people for your ceremony and reception, and can house up to 130 in our cozy lodge. We have 10 acres of beautifully manicured grounds with tons of charm and character inside and out. Outside there are 2 beautiful saltwater pools, fire pit, life-size chess/checkers, horseshoes, corn-hole, shuffleboard, bocce, and an oversized chef’s grill that’s perfect for welcome parties and back yard barbecues. Inside we have O’Dwyer’s Poolside Bar, perfect for cocktail hour, welcome parties, and outside dining. O’Dwyer’s Pub is the ideal spot for rehearsal dinners and after parties. We boast a 15-person saltwater hot tub, billiards, darts, and a photo booth. Stream your ceremony in real time with sound for those who are unable to be with you on your special day.

Our twenty-five (25) room inn is exclusive to your guests for the weekend – no other weddings, events or random people – so that your friends and family can celebrate your wedding all weekend long! We offer the whole package, with beautiful ceremony locations, a tented reception venue on a brick courtyard nestled between a historic red barn and a picturesque meadow, and fresh, local cuisine made in-house. Our on-site team is here to work behind-the-scenes from start to finish to make sure that everything runs smoothly so you can soak in the day. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the inn maintains 19th century character and charm while adding modern conveniences. Multi-paned windows offer stunning views out toward Dewey’s Mill Pond, the Ottauquechee River, and the majestic spruce and hardwood trees that tower over the property. The West Mountain Inn was originally built as a farmhouse in 1809. From 1880 to 1920, first a gristmill and then a lumber mill were operated on the Battenkill River at the foot of the mountain. In 1904 Ned and Gwendolyn Rochester purchased the 150 acre farm and began to transform it into an elegant summer estate. After a succession of other residents the estate later became an arts and retreat center.

The Wedding Barn at Farmhouse Flowers is a picture-perfect wedding venue that offers you the beauty and warmth of our hand-crafted timber frame barn built by local master craftsmen. Tradition meets function in the 2100sq/ft main floor and 600 sq.ft loft, overlooking the flower gardens, more than enough space for over 150 guests and dancing. Nestled among the flower gardens of perennials and annuals the wedding barn opens onto a hillside pasture and a walking path that crosses a small bridge and leads to the hilltop wedding site. A true Vermont wedding venue from soil to sky. Surrounded by wildflowers, the hilltop site overlooks the entire flower farm, wedding barn, the onsite 3 bedroom house, cornfields, and views of the Worcester Mountain Range. Your guests will enjoy strolling among the flowers while enjoying cocktails in the wedding barn and around the pond, both of which are central to this Vermont wedding venue.

The Old Scott Barn truly is a venue like no other! Although the 1800s barn is fully restored, we made every effort to keep the original dairy barn features intact. The upstairs hay loft has a spectacular view of Signal Mountain which you will enjoy as you dance on the new wood floors beneath the old hay trolley above you. When you descend the wrap around stair case and enter the old milking parlor downstairs, you will see a stunning 30 foot live edge wood bar and new 20" wide pine flooring nestled in among the old cow stanchions and milking hardware. It is a unique Vermont experience and the perfect setting for your special party. The downstairs is fully winterized and available for small winter weddings and parties.

Our barn is located only 12 miles from Lake George Village offering onsite ceremonies and receptions with picturesque landscaping for photography. The barn is constructed from Hemlock post & beam cut in Northern VT and includes all the amenities you could need at your event.

The Barns at Edgemont Inn consists of a 4400-square-foot custom-built event barn which, together with the historic Edgemont Inn and on-site lodging, sits on 20 acres of verdant hillside in the scenic Champlain Valley. Lodging that accommodates up to 23 people. The surrounding acreage contains a sweep of peaceful farmland and hardwood forest, etched by an old-fashioned stone fence. Views from the property extend out over Lake Champlain to the spectacular Green Mountains on the lake's eastern shore, and provide abundant photo opportunities and memories.
